A facilidade de criação de grupos e a estabilidade da ferramenta.

Por momento, nada me desagrada. O Rocket atende todas as minhas necessidades.

Muito prático para se comunicar internamente.

alguma funções são ruins de encontrar, como conseguir copiar um a frase para responder a mesma.

Acredito que a facilidade em criarmos grupos de trabalho e envio de arquivos, fotos entre outraas informações relevantes do nosso did-dia de trabalho. Tudo isso ajuda muito principlamente por se tratar de uma modalidade hibrida.

Particularmente eu nao tenho um problema direto com o rocket, mas acho que no evnio de fotos poderia ser mais pratico, aquela questao da legenda aplicada a uma foto me traz algumas confusoes por vezes

comunicação entre os times principalmente para a vida do home office onde precisamos tirar duvidas frequentes em pequeno espaço de tempo, já que nao podemos resolver pessoalmente e a formalidade de um email não é necessaria o rocket me atende muito bem
Rocket Chat is a excelent tooll to comunicate to ouro coworkers.

Usability and agility to send mesages. Also how easy is tô create conversation groups.

In our organization we couldn't use It to call tô another co-worker.

A lot of comunications are solved by rocket.chat . We use a Lot to chat about our customers And proccess problems.
Capable opensource alternative to Slack
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Rocket.Chat is that it is an open source software alternative to the well-known, but proprietary communication apps like Slack and Microsoft Teams. The large community, the ability to self-host the app and fully control the data the app generates and its MIT-license make it great for business-use in privacy conscious companies or those which fall under strict privacy regulations like Europe's GDPR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Rocket.Chat is not yet part of every web host's standard app repertoire for one-click installation, manual setup and configuration is often required. Compared to the SaaS competition from Slack and Microsoft Teams, significantly more expertise is required before things are up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, Rocket.Chat has completely replaced Skype and Slack as the internal communication platform. Most colleagues communicate via Rocket.Chat while occasional calls are handled via VoIP where necessary. The powerful omnichannel feature allows us to route external request which arrive via email, phone, messenger app, etc. directly to our support or sales team. This not only saves time and money and enables a much more centralized organzation of our internal and external communication.

A plataforma é limitada no quesito de funcionalidades para gerenciamento de dados de atendimento. Além de apresentar muita fragilidade em relação a bugs, erros e divergência de dados que são apresentados.

Os polos vinculados a Cruzeiro do Sul Virtual são perfis de clientes que demandam atendimento imediato e síncrono. Nesse sentido, tivemos um grande avanço inserindo um chat para atendimento. Porém, em decorrência de alguns problemas pontuais relacionados a plataforma, as reclamações e insatisfação dos nossos clientes também são imediatas. De certa forma, o suporte que a Rocket.chat nos fornece é bom, porém, não é 100% resolutivo, levando em consideração que as problemáticas que levantamos levam muito tempo para serem resolvidas.
Removing free features is not good
What do you like best about the product?
Good community supported chat, enough features for companies to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs! Thousands of them! Three releases of the Electron client and screen sharing still not work.
Removing free features (LDAP, then READ MESSAGE STATUS) pushes us to migrate to another solution.
Too expensive though for the bugs found.

Rooms with roles, privileges.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of integrating with other services and customizing according to the demands of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the marketplace needs to be more popular in order to have more integration with third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for communication with all development and support teams, around 145 employees. We also integrate some bots for development tool automations.
The plataform is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is possible to create several groups and communication channels. I think it's cool that there are several emojis that allow for more fun communication
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments, I think the platform is very complete and intuitive. Only one observation of improvement would be related to the online, busy and away status that could be maintained even if the person does not move the browser for a few minutes.

It is a stable platform that facilitates communication for companies that work from home. In addition, it allows for more efficient asynchronous communication with the client.
