Powerful, essential analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating a variety of chart types, ease of segmentation of specific customers, useful for experimentation and a/b testing, good for monitoring CVR
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features not available because they're on higher plans, UI changes a lot

One of the best digital analytics software
What do you like best about the product?
1. Ability to easily and rapidly share needed analytics info with everyone.
2. Real-time analytics, so businesses can respond to trends as they emerge rather than after they have passed.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not clearly describe all details(when charts are generated but show different results compared to raw data) and sometimes really needs to join two types of charts in one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics primarily addresses the challenges related to understanding user behavior, optimizing product experiences, and driving user engagement and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I can pull all sorts of data to do with how my customers interact with our platform. I use it daily, and after a little bit of self-training it became pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little tricky to figure out what filters are preventing the report from pulling the data correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're gaining insights on how much customers use our product, in what way, and if there are any issues with adoption.

How easy it is to setup up charts to find insights in data

Limitations in experimentation setups can be a let down

Using amplitude I am able to
a) Quickly gain knowledge and insights about users and their activities in our app
b) Do deep analyses via funnels and find drop offs
c) Saves effort of manual data setup and instead offers a feature called compass that calculates correlation for you - really like this

What do you like best about the product?
It can host huge amounts of data. Technical platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited user access roles. This limits users for many interesting things you can do on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting, Segmentation, Automation, Reporting, Data housing. The platform can host a lot of data. We can create finetuned cohorts on Amplitude; for a more targeted approach. The reporting dashboards one can create are proper.

Makes it quick and easy for rest of org to gather insights and pull quick data

Hard to bring in multiple sources while easily tying time and user id

Path finder, work best for me to see where users are dropping off

UI is a bit compllicated, can be cleaned up

It solves tracking for me. I can track all my product funnels to see where exactly is my user dropping off.
Helpful, but depends on your team's instrumentation
What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful tool - I especially like the ability to easily compare events/combine in-line events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX could be better. Mixpanel in comparison is more visually appealing
Saving drafts (need more warnings or better UX of changing dashboards or starting new ones)
Finding events can be hard if you have a lot of different events

The charting software is great. You can easily get what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large teams and codebases, it's really hard to be consistent and keep all your ducks in a row with how you implement it.

We're using it for app engagement metrics and a/b tests.
Amplitude is a great tool to understand and analyse the user behaviour on the app and web.
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a power to track user behaviours and interactions, and the cohort feature is also very helpful to help us target the respective audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of visualisation and chart are limited, somethings it can be very buggy in the loading of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What is the conversion rate of certain features, and this help us understand if the feature is actually doing well or making a impact to the users
