Best analytics platform for data driven teams
What do you like best about the product?
I pretty much used all major alternatives to Amplitude and hands down, Amplitude is the best. Ability to pull complex cohorts with ease and translate them into realtime dashboards and charts is my favorite
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional service disruptions and bugs but their support team is very transparent about outages and keep everyone in the loop as they work on a fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking intraday acquisition performance and making data driven decisions to allocate marketing spend

Analytics helps us understand campaign performance and with KPI tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Amplitude couple of years ago when event based analytics was only just starting.
It became my go to solution for product analytics and I use it on average probably 1 hour a day for different insights and decisions.
I like the ease of use, how easy is to implement and then create charts and reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since my companies are not in high revenue stage, I am using only Free tier, where features are limited. It's an expensive tool to go into paid tier.

We use Braze for customer engagement - so i love that we're able to track conversions for custom events by adding them into an Amplitude funnel

Can be hard to navigate and have inflexible filters

1) Everything comes almost instantaneous and Super fast results even for the time period as long as 2-3 years.
2) Extremely easy interface to use and implement any data requiremnt query

Amplitude support is taking much longer when we reach out to them for any new features

Ease of using, Efficiency, multiple pre defined definitions, cohorts, segments, funnels,
Conversions, Average order Value, Revenue per users, Customer Retention, User Frequency cohorting, Funnels (Open and Closed).
In simple words, can't even imagine working in the product analytics without Amplitude

Easy to use, fast, data democratization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lightning fast, data democratization across the organization. Very easy adoption. Great customer support. Implementing it is a brease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to customize certain things without having to purchase another module. Also, not easy to integrate sources such as Snowflake, even though it makes it seem easy.

Our entire organization is able to see events occurring on our site in real time and track conversion trends.
