Amplitude is Quick & Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is smart when building dashboards that are user behaviour related. My job needs a very clear understanding of the user behaviour and Amplitude Analytics really helps me understand this much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude can get overwhelming very very quickly. You need to be constanly on your case and objective. Sometimes your Amplitude set up might not exactly how you want it because of some restrictions here of there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super quick analysis to start my day or week and kick off all discussions in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude made it really easy to consolidate a lot of our data into one place

Amplitude doesn't have a large list of integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helped us better understand our product by looking at visualizations focused on product data coming in through Segment connector

What do you dislike about the product?
unable to easily filter out by email, we have test accounts that we dont want in the chart. However if I apply 'group segment by' email, i am able to see all the emails, but i have to add email one by one to the 'segment by' to filter it out. The email info is available, why cant I filter out in a easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is able to record where users are clicking on our webpage and we have better insights to how they're using our app
Very effective tool to monitor the performance of the entire application
What do you like best about the product?
I like the responsiveness of the dashboards for each account I manage, the tracking features have been invaluable for communication. I like how we can build interactions with customers, it's a very intuitive tool that helps us understand our customers better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit trickly to assign popups, it sometimes crashes a bit, and there are some restrictions that can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found it extremely helpful in troubleshooting, the information has been provided clearly. The interactions in the app allow us to communicate, it has helped us understand the analytical part.
Amplitude has enabled us to understand user behavior beyond any other tool we had before.

Amplitude enables you to go as deep as you need, while keeping it simple to use, even for people with little experience in digital products.

Nothing I dislike. Very happy working with Amplitude as an everyday tool.

Our app's catalog was built purely on intuition. Amplitude has enabled us to understand the categories and subcategories' performance and adapt pur catalog to drive user conversion.

The pace at which the data comes in and how quick you can analyse on that makes it really usefull to monitor things in real time.
The time it takes as well to build out pretty significant dashboards is also very quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in what kinds of charts and calcluations you can do. For basic dashboards and monitoring it is great, but for analysis that require going a bit deeper it is somewhat lacking.
You are limited with the graphs/charts you can create, and the functions you can use.

It helps give insights into how people are using the product, and it helps monitoring and measuring the success of our effeorts.
A decent resource to view eventing
What do you like best about the product?
It works decently well and can be a great way to view your data without needing heavy analysis or sql tooling
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't that great and can be confusing. SOmetimes its hard to find the information needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I want to know how users are viewing and engaging with our product, I can easily do that in Amplitude.

Easy Clickcstream Emploration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Fast interaction with the huge clickstream data. Real time data support.
What do you dislike about the product?
1). Customer attributes not fully support - would be nice to also integrate with our experiment tool so we can only filter customers within a specifc experiment group

Great Analytics, UI/UX a little tricky.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly it can process my dashboards. Much quicker than my experience with Tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the paramters are difficult to use. I needed to create a filter to find who did an event, and then performed it again within a given time range, but I was locked into using 30 or 90 days which didn't workf or my project.

It helps us track our main KPI's like downloads and account creations.
