My files are everywhere I need
What do you like best about the product?
I manage lots of files for different subjects: My business, my online store, my clients, and well, my personal data too. I can manage and share anything everywhere with everybody by doing just a couple of clicks, it doesn't matter if it's by using my laptop or smartphone. Lately I've been using it to share between my different business laptops.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue would be upgrading, last time I upgraded my plan I had to basically uninstall, delete my plan and then make a new plan and reinstall, it's scary because I feel I can lose all my files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing, I can share personal files with my family, work files with partners or clients, and even digital products in my online shop (customers). It helps a lot in terms of logistics when it comes to getting feedback from a client and working with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, even the basic plan has a lot of space and features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a safe place where i can save my files.
I l ike that we have option to share public or private the files.

What do you dislike about the product?
Backed up photo's are not on same structure as my phone and all photos go to one folder on dropbox and this make it hard when we need to recover the photos.
You have to create folders manually to move the photos to there correct places.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up different type of files such as photos, videos.
It is easy to save files to dropbox then share them with frieds or at work.

FAST & EASY TRANSFER PHOTOS & VIDEO FILES
What do you like best about the product?
How you can upload and download content all at once and can use it from more than one device. Dropbox will sync with your computer and phone which makes is fast and easy to transfer files. So you can add and delete videos from your DropBox on computer and/or phone and it will update automatically. Easy to access and share any content from photos to videos. You can save and download videos right to the phone from their app. You can download the files individually one by one or click one button to download all files. I like that you can watch and access the files from your phone on Dropbox with no issues. Some video sharing sites hard to access files from phone. I like how you don’t have a deadline to access the files so you can download the files at any time no pressure to do it right away. You can share folders that you put together that include both photos and videos to others by just using their email. And sharing folders to multiple people makes it easy to send a ton of footage at one to more than one person. Makes it so easy if you want more than one person to have access to the same folder. I have been using Dropbox for years to transfer and receive files for my online magazine and have loved using it. DropBox is also a way to save your photos and videos as a secure space if something ever goes wrong elsewhere you have the files there. DropBox is most known to others of you are sharing photos and videos so makes it much easier not have to explain how to use it.
You can also scan documents using phone and save as a pdf in DropBox.

What do you dislike about the product?
The storage limit is a bit small and when you share bigger files and you want to use Dropbox as your backup it is hard to let go of some of the files. You pay for more storage (which some can’t afford) or they ask you to do other things and promote them to get more storage. Especially when you continue to share and receive files to and from others. Sometimes the syncing with the computer and phone gets stuck when trying to sync files and have to restart computer to re sync or for it to start back up. Which is a hassle when you are trying to get things done quickly. You do have to create a full account for it unlike we transfer where you can just send files randomly without having to start an account before uploading. What is least helpful about Dropbox? Well that not many may not know how to use it so you would have to explain how to use it to them. It also takes some time for larger files to download and the person on the receiving end may not know that and think files are missing so definitely give them a heads up. Not many have an account at first so you do have to start one before sending or receiving anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher GB videos are able to to send and receive BOTH photos and video files easily and In the best quality possible rather than using an email or text which has a specific/small size limit which degrades video and photo quality. You can create different folders to organize files that anyone sends you which makes it easier to find and sort through especially when receiving a lot of content. Sending and receiving multiple files at once is such a big problem solver with Dropbox. Instead of sending files individually you can upload and send all at once to make it easier on both you and the person receiving the files. You also have the option to send multiple files to multiple people at once. All you do is put everything in one folder and use each individual email address to share the folder with more than one person. Instead of waiting for videos to sync to my phone through iTunes library which takes a bit of time... using DropBox to transfer videos from computer to phone is fast and simple. One drag to Dropbox set up on your computer and it automatically downloads to your phone’s DropBox app and all you do is save it from there. Another problem usually solved with DropBox is being able to access your files from anywhere you are. You don’t have to be home to access files. Just need Wifi and you are good to go saving and uploading and transferring videos has never been this easy. I have used DropBox for years and it has been wonderful to be able to share and receive multiple photos and videos in such a great timely manner.I can take DropBox on and off my phone when needed just need to sign in to access my account.

Even the free version has enough space to manage a small business, but the paid versions make a lot of sense for the price.

What do you dislike about the product?
The file size restriction
It does not give you an option to change the file format on the fly
The mobile app does not let you modify files on the fly and then save them back

Share files with people from my team that are in other cities

Sharing a file instead of using something like webex or gotomeeting
Mobile app makes it easier for the whole team to send files even on the field
Have all the latest version of our documentation on the same server and the same location, so the team does not have to carry the files with them, just connect to dropbox and get them

Pay for one of the business options, it makes so much sense rather than using the free version
Integrate it with Office and other Microsoft products, it works great
They have added new restrictions to the free versions, only 3 devices per account, which removes a lot of the functionality that is really needed to use this service.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use. You can access your files with an internet connection from anywhere. It is free to use!

You have to login to your dropbox account to access your files. The free account memory fills up sometimes. The pay account has more memory available. The pay account is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I put all the files I use a lot in my dropbox. I've been using dropbox successfully for years. I recommend dropbox to other professionals. Please try dropbox today.

In general, I love everything this tool has, as it allows you to share quality information online with all your colleagues, clients, and end users for your day-to-day activities. It also helps us maintain better control of all your folders organized by directories. It also assists us commonly with personal tasks or with your manager who requests some important information for everyone, you share the link or path where they can find the quality information.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing on the contrary I love everything about this tool since it allows us to be in line with all your colleagues, as well as your active collaborators, on the other hand with your end users as well as potential clients who request confidential information and through that means it is super secure both for the company and for the user to share such information.

I've solved the problems with using an external hard drive by using Dropbox. I've realized the ease of storing documents in the cloud for access at my convenience.

Dropbox is easy to use and easily accessible.

I can drop a file and send the link without worrying about maxing out email storage capability

Nothing except sometimes there is an additional permission that is required that might not necessarily have been given when the original file was shared

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Dropbox is that it is SO easy to use. You have the ability to share large files with others and also collaborate with them. HIGHLY recommend this software
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least about this product is the annual fee. I wish there wasn't an annual fee, that being said, I understand why a fee is required but wish it wasn't there :(.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems are solving with dropbox is transferring large files to clients or engineers. The benefit of being able to share the files via dropbox makes it quick, easy and efficient.

If you are considering trying dropbox, I would highly recommend it. It is extremely easy to use, the support is great and it allows you to back up just about anything you could imagine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Dropbox offers great advantage of online integration of your office files. You can edit and save your files on the go. You can access your documents on any device be it mobile or desktop. Its sync is also quite fast and smart.

You cannot integrate it with google office suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can use Microsoft office Online to create a Word, PowerPoint or Excel file directly in this application. You can also edit documents after uploading too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I reccommend dropbox to save your documents but its paid version is expensive.
