Extensive range of features and customization

What do you like best about the product?
Sendbird SDK has a lot of useful features, providing various opportunities to customize the chat experience. And the managers have a great interest in our product and care a lot about its usage, try to give us technical support if it's needed. Also the dashboard is designed simple but quite informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Sendbird chat SDK, we can save resources to build chatting system on our own, and view statistics easily.

Sendbird is a very easy-to-use chatting platform with user-friendly user interface. It provides a convenient and fast way to chat.

At the whole product is good, maybe still they can add many features.

Sendbird makes it easy for user to communicate via chat.

What do you like best about the product?
Features are fairly robust and there are consistent updates, so I feel like there's effort being made to scale up and take customer feedback into consideration.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Sendbird works well for user to user messaging, but features for admin messaging could be improved. We'd like the option to include images for Announcements and to automatically segment users based on things like geo, within Sendbird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables our users to communicate directly with each other, enables us to send weekly update messages to target user segments. Also enables us to create different channels for different user typs.

The chat and video call functions within the service were resolved using SendBird.

Minimal intervention from dev teams for enabling chat

What do you like best about the product?
We have almost never seen a downtime at Sendbird in past 2 years. There has been minimal intervention from our tech team in running the chat functionality on our app smoothly.
The ability to broadcast messages to all the chat accounts is a very good feature. We have been able to broadcast latest news etc to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if sendbird could have better analytics. We wanted to analyze the number of chats for a user, how quickly a user replies on any chat etc, but there is no easy way to do that. Even if we export all the chat data, it is extremely hard to build those analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sendbird is able to provide us with an easily integratable chat platform and it runs smoothly. We just had to use the android and iOS SDKs and some backend integration to get the whole chat setup up and running.
We also get to broadcast our latest updates on the chats with our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy. I can see when my message has been seen, for my own verification. I am also able to see when I am being responded back to in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to know if the receiver is online and when the last time they were active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems unknown. I randomly will be signed out or will lose my connection to the SB server. These issues have seem to be more rare now days.

What do you like best about the product?
APIs are easy to use. Support is very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. One feature could be to add users per channel instead of per application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have various services where we allow our subscribers to chat with each other and form a community. We use sendBird for this interation.

What do you like best about the product?
- variety of products from chat to ticketing system,
- customer support which implements requested features,
- good documentation for different platforms.
- ready components like OpenUI which make developers' life much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
- a bit archaic user interface of Sendbird Desk,
- it seems their target are smaller companies, so the environment configuration options are somewhat limited,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in our mobile apps to communicate different groups of our customers, sales and backoffice.
It's possible to implement autotranslation which helps in companies operating on different markets.
