Issue with Slackbot
What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty easy to get up and running for easy recipes that will be used immediately in production environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know there are a ton of features that I can use, but it's hard to keep track of how they all work together and what the best options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We move many peices of data around from our core software (HR, Finance) etc downstream to business aps that are used.

Joper Resolves Tough SQL Error
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and intuitive feel for a wide array of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual subscription is very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any and all complex business processes in our industry.

That I can contact support and they always find a way to solve my problem.

The learning curve was a little bit difficult at the begginning.

It is helping me to personalize worklows for my clients without needing a full develop from my IT team.
It takes time to master, but well worth it. Workato is amazing

It is extremely customizable and has connections to a wide variety of tools. This enables a lot of workflows within our business and streamlines tasks cross functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough if there isn't an existing connection to a tool. Overall it has good coverage, but when there is a gap it can block/delay work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato is helping move information and create alerts within our internal teams.

Scheduling of jobs (recipes)
Ability to clone recipes to repurpose
Ability to create variables and use in formulas
Create connections to databases (run custom sql and process resultsets), slack, email, and many others
UI is very intuitive. Up and running the same day as I started

On-demand ability to get help with a live resource is amazing.

So far, just that there is a 5 minute timeout limit of receiving results from a longer running snowflake stored procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting timely notificatons if any critical snowflake processes are broken. Ability to post snowflake data to NetSuite.

Workato is the best and simplest no-code low code platform, that can simplify the business requirements.

Complex transformation can be handled by introducing other transformation languages

Expensive to deploy, and the pricing model pushes you to use it less effectively

Easy to integrate and automate the processes, with no need to hire programmers and infrastructure experts.
Workato Inception and Use
What do you like best about the product?
That is communicates well with Acumatica and Salesforce seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to set up a lot of rules and trial and error to see what works

Adding sales tax in Salesforce, talking to Avalara and communicating that back to Acumatica.
The product is very useful, but some functionalities need to be improved

While constructing the recipe, we find the need for a 'while' loop for specific operations. Additionally, the 'for each' functionality appears to be limited...
