Great & easy to onboard, great ux, very complete to connect with other tools

The ux is very neat, it's a pleasure to use it. The free plan is also very generous to start using it.
I used it to connect different services together. It was very easy to implement and connect my tools.

Nothing so far really. Everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very simply connect different tools together to centralize data and then distribute it everywhere.
Easy to setup and use, very reliable.

SQL models are easy to setup and use, testing is great.

Nothing that I can think of. It's been a great tool for syncing data across multiple tools/databases.

Syncing data between different tools / databases is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
With the HighTouch tool, we can enhance data by establishing data governance across the entire company. Additionally, we can save costs on hiring third-party services for data integrations, especially for Netsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We believe that there is room for improvement in the range of available destination connectors. We would appreciate it if you could offer a wider selection of connectors to meet our diverse integration needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue that HighTouch is addressing is the data integration challenge involving multiple Google Sheets feeding into Netsuite. With the aid of our Snowflake tool, we can use it as the central information hub where we enrich the data that various departments are working with.

I really accelerate reverse etl in our company. Hightouch made this new technique available for us in a very scalable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error messages are not present or unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making data from the data platform available in business systems in a scalable way
Wow, that was SO EASY.
What do you like best about the product?
I was shocked at how easy it was to setup and use hightouch. I was dreading building this integration between Bigquery and Hubspot, but hightouch made it not just easy to setup, but super easy to iterate and add more to it as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too crazy yet -- did need to fight a little for perms, so maybe some explanations on why specific permission sets are required would be great, but honestly, awesome experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch makes it really easy for me to pull in important product/ user behavior data and surface it within my CRM so I can engage with the right customers.
Hightouch for Collectors
What do you like best about the product?
HT allows us to easily connect our customer database to give marketing at Collectors full access to all customer attributes for CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has been great so far but the pricing per destination does make it hard to scale for smaller use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HT is allowing us to give marketers full access to customer data while making it available within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Easy to use, responsive team.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get Hightouch connected to my application and Churnzero very quickly and I had my first sync running within 15 minutes. The UX is simple, and the way the data is structured is smart. Example: I decided to export some of my data to a spreadsheet, and I was able to use the same query very easily but simply hooking it up to a new destination.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is a struggle for me because the structure of my data means I will need a lot of "syncs" which will be expensive. That said, I had at least three Hightouch team members working on me to help me figure out what we could do to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get data out of my SAAS product and into Churnzero and a spreadsheet. This entire process was MUCH faster than I expected it to be.
Very interactive and straightforward UI, easy to use and the IT teams is always helpful

The interface makes Hightouch very user-friendly and gives loads of options for all types of projects, connecting to many other applications needed.

The ability to manipulate Hightouch to conform to my company's specific needs was difficult to navigate and I was unable to do a handful of things.

Reverse ETL, connectivity to the data warehouse, and atomating lots of data ingestion
