Hightouch unlocks new capabilities for our data team
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is an extremely flexible platform, when we're deciding how to do something I can't tell you how many times the answer is "we can do it with hightouch".
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of using hightouch is how the user needs to be extremely careful with their primary keys, especially with event driven syncs. I wouldn't necessarily trust a less experienced analyst or engineer to get everything set up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch lets us set up real time alerts to slack so stakeholders can know as soon as something they care about happens in the platform. This supports both our ops and product teams. We also use it to sync data transformed with dbt in our data warehouse to financial planning tools, customer service platforms, and a few other places.

The Best ETL System from DB to Systems
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past two years, I've worked with HT and considered it one of the best third-party API solutions.
This is the one if you need API and syncing between your DB and your system!
The Suport is very good also.

They only have the option of synchronizing from DB to the system.

Auto Upate date from the DB/Google Sheet to the systems
Great experience, intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a very intuitive, user friendly platform that is easily connected with multiple destinations, it helps a lot on our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few controls that could be implemented for change control to help understand impact of changes from the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data to specific objects in the destinations, it helps a lot by having recurrence and trigger decision it helps freshness of our data.

What do you like best about the product?
Before implementing Hightouch we had get our dev teams involved in updating our Salesforce integration to include new data points, this would often take weeks to fit into a sprint or have it prioritised at all.
Since using implementing Hightouch we've been able to removed the dev teams from the process and now we can jump in and add new syncs and models anytime we need to it's been a lifesaver to our RevOps team

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much bad to say about Hightouch, we have a simple implementation right now. If I had to nitpick right now some of the UI could be updated to better show which models and syncs are linked but pretty minor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our speed to update data points from Snowflake to Salesforce has reduced dramactically, we no longer wait weeks to have work prioritised by dev teams and can just add and update as needed

The ux is very neat, it's a pleasure to use it. The free plan is also very generous to start using it.

Nothing so far really. Everything works as expected.

Very simply connect different tools together to centralize data and then distribute it everywhere.
Easy to setup and use, very reliable.

SQL models are easy to setup and use, testing is great.

Nothing that I can think of. It's been a great tool for syncing data across multiple tools/databases.

What do you like best about the product?
With the HighTouch tool, we can enhance data by establishing data governance across the entire company. Additionally, we can save costs on hiring third-party services for data integrations, especially for Netsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We believe that there is room for improvement in the range of available destination connectors. We would appreciate it if you could offer a wider selection of connectors to meet our diverse integration needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue that HighTouch is addressing is the data integration challenge involving multiple Google Sheets feeding into Netsuite. With the aid of our Snowflake tool, we can use it as the central information hub where we enrich the data that various departments are working with.

What do you like best about the product?
I really accelerate reverse etl in our company. Hightouch made this new technique available for us in a very scalable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error messages are not present or unclear.
