What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has been a huge unlock for my team (GTM Systems and Operations) . It allows us to sync data from snowflake to salesforce quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of Hightouch that are a bit confusing where documentation/help center lacks articles. For example, the insert records piece has caused some issues in our org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes data more accurate in Salesforce by shortening the sync time and making it easy to troubleshoot any and all syncs.

Hightouch truly simplifies the Reverse ETL process
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies the Reverse ETL process, especially when considering the multitude of destinations available. New features like identity resolution and personalization API is next on the roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most destinations are available but not everything (Crowdtwist for example). I've also built custom solutions a bit faster for API egress as the HT solution is more general purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data out of our Fan Data Platform quickly and efficiently. Also makes API egress templet-izable and production-izable. New features like identity resolution and personalization API is next on the roadmap.
Hightouch is a great tool within its limits
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch does the job I need it to do - sync data between my production system and Salesforce. I can schedule syncs, edit relationships, and see any errors. It's a simple job and relatively straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to Hightouch other than perhaps its limited scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a clean way to sync data to Salesforce and didn't want to deal with the complexity of their APIs. Hightouch takes that complexity away.
Works as expected
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use creating multiple delivery points across a variety of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike here, solid product with good monitoring capabilities.

Delivering consistent, repeatable reports to customers.
Best revers ETL tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has a way to connect the source and destination. We wanted to collect the data from all the tools that we are using, and it's possible now with Hightouch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much like dislike; it is a good tool; I can't think of anything that is disliked, it works without any error and its performance is also good. so no comments about dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a use case where we wanted to pull data from different apps that we are using and send it to the warehouse, and then after doing some changes need to send it in mixpanel so that, based on the data we can generate reports and all the tools that we are supported by the hightouch so this is how it solves our problem.
Easy to use product that powers multiple data use cases for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UX, with constant updates that improve the user experience. Partnership with Hightouch helps us get value out of our existing data that lives in our warehouse, no need for any change to schema or strict rules. The huge variety of destinations means our data team can partner with Marketing, Operations, Growth and Finance team. It has supercharged the value we deliver for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get value from the complex queries that live in our data warehouse. Reverse ETL to the destinations available mean we can create attributes in minutes, in any tool we want, with no engineering resources.
Intuitive & well designed product, and great experience from Sales & Service
What do you like best about the product?
The path to value from the moment we started our demo was incredibly clear: we set up 3 destinations in a matter of days (and later on another 1) and were able to create models and data feeds in minutes. I can say with confidence that all 3 of our Hightouch power users LOVE the app - we have set up message automation in slack, and built a CDP that feeds automated campaigns in intercom & our marketing software.
Our AE in Australia has been very supportive, putting us in touch with key people within High touch & sharing useful resources.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't really think of too many - will keep my eyes peeled but the app really does the trick. One suggestion for the team would be to perhaps do more webinars on how other customers are using the Hightouch app and ecosystem of partners. Not a deal-breaker but always good for inspiration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allows us to push transformed, sanitised data in Snowflakes, aggregated from our many apps, and push it to where it matters : automated notifications, cases and messages to our own teams, data-driven in app messaging and outreach via email to our customers, etc.
Warehouse centric composable CDP
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch made it easy for us to sync information accross all of our business tools. We are able to leverage our customer data to personalize campaigns and manage everything in our data warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync failure messages could be more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch enables us to have consistent data across all of our tools. We leverage Hightouch as our CDP, enabling us to take action on our customer data.
Its seamless data synching and comprehensive features have greatly streamlined our operations.

The best part about Hightouch is its ability to effortlessly synchronize vast amounts of data with just a simple click, coupled with its robust reporting, precise control for smooth scaling and logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hightouch offers an array of powerful features, I've encountered occasional learning curve hurdles when trying to set up complex data syncs, which could be made more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch solves the challenge of efficiently synching large volumes of data between Snowflake and SFDC which benefits our company by ensuring accurate up to date information across systems.
Easy to use, very effective
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of expensive and potentially complex Zapier automations, we use hightouch to solve the same problem at a fraction of both the cost, and the complexity. I quite like their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
They operate on a destination-based model, so bringing in new sources of data is not on their roadmap. Makes sense, but would have been nice to get more connectors since their product does work well for the connectors it supports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data coming in from our product databases, and organizing it in Hubspot is an important use case for us. Hightouch makes this trivial.
