What do you like best about the product?
It provides 100% customization and is sufficiently flexible to meet our demands for tracking and working together. The platform includes articles and instructional videos that give our team extra help in swiftly acclimating to new capabilities. It enables us to export data to other systems and maintain thorough records for our research endeavors. It is easy to track and update views, such as Kanban and calendar views.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday.com mobile app needs work, as it is sometimes confusing to make quick updates or access comprehensive information while on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every member of our team has access to the most recent data due to Monday.com. Our inventory has been more effectively managed, and we can quickly provide comprehensive reports that make it easier for us to submit regulatory filings and provide updates to our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
We find messaging threads within tasks to be quite useful, and the subcategories facilitate contextual conversations and project organization. It is easy to plan and fulfill deadlines when tasks are able to be reviewed by date. We maintain focus on medium- and long-term objectives by using OKR tracking. Lastly, Monday.com offers public and private dashboards that are flexible enough based on the requirements of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally little visual issues with the Mac desktop version that may interfere with the user experience; however, these issues are quickly resolved through updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more effectively coordinate our work and match the goals of the client with our IT project plans thanks to Monday.com. Because of the software's clear job visibility, we have been able to create network infrastructure management systems for corporate clients with accuracy and timeliness.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of boards offered to manage our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a doc is embedded in a board I have to click into the board to retrieve the doc instead of just being able to favorite the doc into my side bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my data needed in one place provides ease and efficiently when working on every day and project tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to configure every aspect and quickly and easily set up dashboards unique to each project. We can handle the more intricate parts of our projects in an organized manner since it is simple to divide tasks into smaller components and smaller tasks. Seamless information and process integration is ensured by the dashboards' cross-compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we have had positive interactions with customer support, there have been a few minor disruptions during scheduled maintenance on the platform (albeit these are quite infrequent).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made it easier for us to proactively identify and address any issues that arise during our project cycle. In the end, it has enhanced our capacity to manage the intricacy of interdisciplinary projects and our process traceability and documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and interactive interface. Very easy to find things and know where projects stand.

Since it is online, sometimes the loading time is slow

What do you like best about the product?
Cozy UX and user-friendly UI; cloud-based for information access from anywhere, especially during remote work sessions; dashboards that are easily customized and connected to one another facilitate the organization and visualization of project schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any major problems with Monday.com, apart from sporadic load delays, which are negligible and have no detrimental effect on our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track project progress in one location and oversee several campaigns (from first briefing to final delivery) for various clients at the same time, each with its own design, budget, and schedule constraints, has been extremely beneficial to our department.
