What do you like best about the product?
With monday you can organize your company, your tasks and basicaly build it the way is better for you and you team. We are very happy to use Monday in our daily activies inside my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many good points and ways to use. However It can take you a little time and efort to organize in the way your company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving for us: Our CRM and information about our clients. Daily tasks and project management.
Be aware about due dates and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me to keep on track for my daily tasks. With managing multiple properties, it helps sort each one by having a board for each community. It gives me peace of mind that I have all of the papertrails when coming back to an item if we have to come back to an item in the future. The "write update via email" function is an absolute life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
on my "daily tasks" board, the system doesn't show tasks with past due dates, only current and moving forward. Having a board that has all of my pending tasks no matter the date would be amazing. However, there might be a way to make this happen--I'm just not as savvy as others on the automation side of Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to ensure all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed and stores all of the documentation. Having all of this on a board helps cover us should an issue arise.

What do you like best about the product?
Our dashboards are enriched by the variety of plugins that are accessible, which lets us better tailor and adjust each workspace. The team can receive tasks and actions in an understandable and direct manner, making it easy to monitor individual progress. The data and progress of each project are visually highlighted with graphs and statuses. It's simple to modify permissions, and it is quite helpful be able to track of whether recipients have seen the updates we've made for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the dashboard is not routinely viewed, the tagged individual may not receive the proper notification, which can impede the completion of some activities. To guarantee that all communications are received and handled promptly, we consequently engage in more active monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has aided us in managing cross-functional teams. Whether using custom columns and labels to divide responsibilities across design, content, and social media, customizable dashboards are helpful for managing cross-platform campaigns and display real-time progress. Communication delays have been reduced by automating updates.

Some options are only available after upgrading the plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily access different boards, and quickly see progress statuses on various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notification system can sometimes be overwhelming and disorganized (like email). I'd like a better way to remind myself to view certain tasks/boards that is less manual (based on priority).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize all of our projects and feature requests for our Analytics department. They've been a value add.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday a facilité les échanges et le suivi des tâches de chaque service de l’équipe quotidiennement. La diversité des tableaux et des statistiques qui en ressortent nous permettent de quantifier les tâches. Ils favorisent une collaboration efficace entre les membres des équipes et facilitent le partage d'informations surtout quand il y a des personnes absentes. Les optimisations et les workflows sont récurrents et faciles à mettre en place, nous permettant de gagner en productivité. La possibilité à chacun d’avoir sa vue ou ses tableaux personnalisés est également très appréciée
Le suivi de projet est désormais simple et accessible à tous notamment grâce un interface claire. Notre équipe ne pourrait désormais plus s'en passer !!

L'interface mobile pourrait être un peu plus améliorée même si elle a déjà bien évolué depuis quelques années.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday nous a permis de mieux travailler car il regroupe su une seule et même plateforme toutes les demandes. De fait, nous faisons une économie de mail à écrire. D'un point de vue managériale, je sais où en est mon équipe dans la gestion de ses tâches.

Monday.com Streamlined Business Operations

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an incredible tool for my organization in order to streamline operations between departments. Prior to utilizing Monday.com, large-scale processes that required collaboration from multiple departments were fragmented, and work would slip through the cracks or would require one department to do extra work in order to ensure project completion. Now, progress on projects is more transparent, and automations ensure that different stakeholders or departments are incorporated into a process with less manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real dislike about Monday.com is the dramatic increase in cost with little notice. My organization is a non profit in higher education, and the price for Monday.com has more than doubled since 2021. It feels like we've been baited into migrating into the system, and then Monday.com will increase the prices under the assumption that we will not want to migrate to another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving problems we had before in transparency of information for projects/tasks, and thus accountability for those involved. Now, Monday.com boards can be a "one-stop-shop" for updates on a request, a project, a task, etc. and processes can smoothly transition from one stakeholder to the next.
