What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to request to increate resources for Jamf Pro server, we normally having issue when the resources of our server are being fully used. Instead of increasing our resource, they normally advised us to do some cleanup

Device Deployment and Configuration, Security and Compliance and Inventory and Asset Management

I like how scalable Jamf's services are. They're also pretty easy to use

Jamf's UI can be organized in a way that overly-encapsulated or less intuitive than ideal

Jamf Pro solves patch management problems and service deployment, primarily

Jamf pro helps our organization manage over 15k devices! When we need help they are only a phone call away. Support is very quick and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface is a bit cumbersome (getting fixed with jamf 11), The learning curve is somewhat steep but worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the managing of over 15k devices and alowing us to leverage those tools to distribute an ipad to ever student in our district.

Not much at the moment. I mean Jamf Pro has so much to offer and i am not even close to all of it.

manageing almost 400 devices. that alone makes me happy.
Great Tool for Mac Admins!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy streamline management for large scale Apple enviroments. Easy to learn and Jamf also offers great training oppurtunities. I feel that our devices could not be cared for more.

Nothing currently, Jamf pro offers and provides everything we currently need.

Jamf makes it extremly easy onboard and manage applications. Easy walkthrough of configuration profiles. Easy enrollement process.
Best solution if managing both Mac and iPad in K12
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Jamf Pro for 8 Years i like this product being the best solution for extensive macOS Management.
The Binary in combination with Extension attributes allows the Admin to retrieve information about the managed Computers and also enables them to do intensive tasks with own scripts and programs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love the Home Screen Layout Profiles on Jamf School. These are missing in Jamf Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing computers in managed environment often requires settings that can not be set by simple profiles. Jamf binary enables deeper access to system functions and settings.
Jamf in Education
What do you like best about the product?
You're missing out if you're not using Jamf in an IT K-12 environment. It's a solid product and will automate your biggest headaches for you. We've explored many alternatives and always come back to Jamf. Onboarding is great and getting going does not take long. Customer Support has improved significantly over the years and is much better now. Wouldn't change for the world.

None I can think of. It really is solid.
