What do you like best about the product?
I am absolutely delighted with Monday.com! This software has transformed the way our team collaborates and manages projects. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for everyone to use, regardless of their technical skills. The customizable workflows and automation features save us so much time, allowing us to focus on what really matters. The ability to integrate with other tools we use is a huge plus, making our processes even more seamless. Customer support is top-notch, always responsive and helpful. Monday.com has truly become an indispensable part of our productivity toolkit. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the management of guest users. It would be helpful to have more granular control over their permissions and access levels, ensuring that external collaborators can participate effectively without compromising sensitive information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has significantly enhanced our team's productivity by providing streamlined project management, customizable workflows, automation features, centralized communication, seamless integrations, real-time collaboration, visual project tracking, and enhanced reporting and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very user friendly and simple project management application. Every article and the relevant job owner is clearly listed. It is easy to track the progress and quick to update or make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was an easy way to implement data analytics so it would be possible to track performance without needing to log into the web content management system or relevant social media pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several updates have resolved minor bugs and issues previous versions had. I have not experienced the bugs or issues in question.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very reliable; we have not encountered any significant malfunctions. It is quick and intuitive to set up and update cells with important data, which improves the accuracy of tracking sensitive data sets like quotes and timetables. Simply put, Monday.com offers an extensive tool set that lets us see all of our staff, projects, plans, and calendars in a macro perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that has disappointed us thus far, it's a tool we want to use for a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our approach to managing resources and setting priorities for every work has been greatly aided by the use of Monday.com. Regarding the latter, the inter-task dependencies feature has improved our ability to prioritize our most crucial tasks. By centralizing all of our communications in one location, Monday.com makes it simpler to monitor and gather client feedback.

Super duper with ease of use.
User-friendly and helps in Collaboration.
Fantastic use of task scheduling, and tracking task ,can be assigned to one team member.
Allows Collaboration between multiple members in a project is outstanding and easy with Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com provides endless way for me to communicate important information throughout my company.

No Frills but high power, I love Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of developing projects within Monday is its biggest differentiator. The freedom to create and adapt boards according to the needs of the team and client allows production to be assertive and fast, impacting the entire flow and production time. In addition to allowing continuous improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest negative point is the instability, on busy days having Monday down, or without automations or notifications working becomes a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday we can concentrate applicants and those responsible in the same tool, in addition to standardizing tables and briefings, using forms and monitoring the entire production phases of a project from entry to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate that even customers with no prior expertise with project management software quickly become accustomed to its user-friendly layout. Gantt charts let us organize our events and content releases, creating comprehensive timelines. Having a detailed record of the status of tickets is very helpful in managing both internal and external incidents. We can better tailor our services and our invoicing by keeping track of the time we spend with each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-based suggestions. We expected more advanced AI that could deliver predictive insights or more appropriate recommendations to optimize our operations, but often seeming generic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made a big impact in organizing the logistics of our sporting events. Every event is now planned with greater organization, meticulous logistics, and up-to-date staff and equipment availability. Customizable dashboards also provide us a better understanding of each project's status.

atm all good havent check if there is a way to set up alerts so they can pop out on your screen as reminder to follow up on tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to automate with others applications and integrations. And the different features on the tables created.
The customer support is fast to answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing the form feature integrated and features to share easily for viewers without paied account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connections with each tables help to make good activity following. The integration of different apps and automation are really helpful to organize our work.
