What do you like best about the product?
The customer success teams that helped me whenever I needed assistance or clarity about particular controls. The assitance throughout the audit process was very critical to our successes with Thoropass and SOC2 compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations were weak when compared to other products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It put our compliance processes on rails and made a clear path forward for our organization

What do you like best about the product?
The module helps breakdown all the inidividual tasks that we needed to accomplish in order to be ready for the SOC audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a personnel switch internally during the process, and getting up to speed on where we'd been and some of the software training was lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have SOC I audit completed, and Thoropass was a great solution to get ready and perform the audit.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was smooth. Our success manager was there to help us with every step of the way. Thoropass makes it very easy to implement a compliant environment. The software is easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process was VERY painful. We almost walked away because it felt like there was no explanation or transparency with how the implementation process worked. Our biggest concern surround just one topic that we couldn't get an answer on: budget. We figured out at some point that there are potential other costs that may be required to become compliant. I think the reps should disclose this during the sales process to be fully transparent. We had to figure this out ourselves. When we did discover this, it was nearly impossible to be given an answer or estimate of what other costs might occur. We had to eventually jump on a meeting with the technical team to get answers (we demanded this). Finally, it was a simple answer that the potential other costs were items like Pen testing, Antivirus software, etc to make sure we are secure and compliant.
It just seemed like such a simple answer that could have been given. Instead it was made out to be this mystery that the rep was unwilling to share and so we assumed the worst and thought it might be a massive expense. Once we got the answers, it was obvious and we new the cost range on our own.

Perhaps this was just a matter of the rep not having experience of post sales implementations. It just came off as VERY shady and sneaky when straight answers couldn't be given and all we were informed of was there are potential costs that might come up during install and they could be five figures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Thoropass for HIPPA compliance so that we can provide a compliant Saas environment to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transparancy of the dashboard ,and the tools in the roadmap and controls area to get detailed information and put in notes and comments. Overall the platform is easy to use, fairly intuitive and the user support is very engaged with touchpoints and answering questions. The risk register is a bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a 'dislike' but an enhancement would like the ability to add custom fields and availability of more integrations. The Product team is very receptive to customer feedback though!

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Thoropass has been responsive, intelligent, and just generally easy to do business with. Whenever we have a question, they are happy to help and get back to us the same day. The product itself is intuitive and they are always adding additional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet! So far everything has exceeded expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass is getting us prepared for our SOC2 Type2 audit as well as our ISO27001 certifications. As an unexpected benefit, they have security awareness training available for us to leverage as well as a library of templated documents to get us started.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Other platforms we have used for compliance have not been as user friendly. Account rep goes out of her way to ensure we have all we need throughout the compliance journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we used other platforms before Thoropass
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. The platform allows us to collect all of our necessary paperwork and data in one centralized location that is easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
The online portal ensured that our team working on SOC 2 certification had a clear view of each team member's todo list at all times. The tool ensured that we worked through the requirements one piece at a time and were not overwhelmed by the scale of th eoverall job.

We had weekly meetings with our project lead Alex, who was very knowledgeable and had instant answers to any queries we had. Support was alos available at all times via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey, but I know our business would find it difficult to complete the SOPC 2 and ISO 27001 journey without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring we get SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes the SOC certification process intuitive and easy to complete and manage. The team (specifically our Ritu Mitra) are knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. Thoropass takes the complexity our of SOC certifcation. Easy to implement and integrate with our third party services/apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is easy to use and manage, but to a newcomer, the tasks set can be overwhelming and more easy online available explanation would be helpful. The team is there to guide you and answer all questions.

SOC certification and annual vendor audits with our customers.
