What do you like best about the product?
UJET is very helpful in identifyng user trends, as well as having a simple but efficient interface that allows people to navigate it properly even if they are not as tech-savvy or a young expert that knows it all about new technologies.
I enjoy to have the feature of team metrics included because it motivates me through the day, checking out how I am going compared with the overall team. I strive to contribute as much as possible to my teammates.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know for sure if somebody else has experienced the very same minor issue, but whenever I choose a different auxiliar from the one being used, there is a very invasive pop-up that shows for about 2-3 seconds, it has the option to be dismissed, however most importantly it appears on top of the page, preventing the user to work smoothly.
It also happens after outbound calls, there is an invasive pop-up with the option to dismiss, but is not enough to have the option to dismiss because it already impacts briefly user expereince.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET allows customer interactions to be smooth for the external customer. Whenever a call is being disconnected or there connection issues like call failed, Ujet system automatically provides the option for the agent to call back the external customer right away, making effortless experiences and looking to offer outstanding service improves company overall.
