What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support team is quick to respond and very cooperative. We've got very quick TAT for different kinds of issues and even feature requests. Onboarding experience was very smooth, we've rarely faced an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Startree can be more proactive with infrastructure costs incurred by customers and suggest best practices and optimisation before cost becomes a burden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Startree solves most of our realtime analytics workloads. It is very fast and very easy to use. Besides, with thirdeye it also completed the realtime analytics by enabling anomaly detection in realtime.
