We use LibraEsva ESG to protect all our corporate email ( O365 ) - very easy and powerful features
What do you like best about the product?
The antispam is very good and allows to recall bad emails directly from all the users mailboxes seamlessly.
It allows the admin to release good emails if the attachments have been "sanitized" ( es: pdf containing good urls or emails with encrypted attachments )

What do you dislike about the product?
some bugs ( but quickly resolved by the support team ) in managing some compressed archvies made with the latest versions of the softwares ( es 7Zip )

Easy of use and the efficient reporting system.

Nothing has issues to dislike about LibraEsva Email Security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best service is the Attachments sandbox and URL rewriting.
It's one of the more effective Antispam products available, easy to use

After a quick setup it's pratically ready to filter incoming emails in a very effective way

I feel it should have more advanced features, for example a weighted IP RBL quering multiple RBL lists and other features.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use is certainly its strength.
Furthermore, it is possible to create policies and exceptions in a timely manner so that we can better manage our needs. Finally, the support is always very helpful and follows you step by step during the management of a ticket. It's a very good product.

Un aspetto negativo da segnalare è la mancata intercettazione di alcune email di spam palesi. Nonostante la protezione generalmente robusta, occasionalmente certe email indesiderate riescono a superare i filtri, richiedendo un intervento manuale da parte degli utenti.

Our team quickly completed the technical implementation of Libraesva Email Security thanks to the support of our IT partner and the vendor's team. The installation went smoothly and the tuning phase only took a few days, leading to a significant reduction in malicious emails. We chose Libraesva for its ease of installation and integration with the cloud email provider.
The technical support, both on-site and remote, has been highly qualified and always available. From the very beginning, we noticed an excellent level of filtering with near-zero false positives.

You need knowledge like any products of this kind. It is not for beginner but I don't feel it as a real dislike.

Our primary need was to protect our IT infrastructure, especially email, from external threats. We chose Libraesva Email Security, recommended by our partner, to improve the security of our email communications. We had also received very positive references from companies we collaborate with regarding Libraesva. The solution offers advanced protection against threats, significantly enhancing corporate security and ensuring reliable communications. In an era where robust email security is crucial, we were looking for a solution that could block malicious attachments and links, phishing, account takeovers, and spam. During testing, Libraesva Email Security demonstrated excellent effectiveness and high-level technical support. We then decided to adopt it.

In the current business landscape, implementing a robust email security solution is crucial to protect not only email communication but especially corporate information, as email represents the primary vector for cyberattacks. Our requirement was to adopt a solution capable of blocking both common threats, such as malicious attachments and links, and the latest social engineering attacks, including phishing, whaling, and account takeover, while also effectively filtering spam and minimizing false positives.
Highly effective product with great integration with M365 and Google
What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva's core email security and spam capabilities are hard to beat. The unique and thoughtful design of their protections ensure that email gets processed quickly, reliably and safely. Straightforward M365 and Google Workspaces integration ensures simple user experience. Customer support is very responsive and easy to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better built-in anomaly reporting and user incidence response capabilities. I also wish their were better email encryption capabilities.

Libraesva provides primary email security capabilities for our customers including anomaly detection, file and link sandboxing, spam filtering and remediation capabilities.
Painless Install and Operation
What do you like best about the product?
Librasva Email Security can be installed in less than one hour and left alone to filter the spam without any fine controls being turned on

The solution and spam controls is not for the beginner but the solution is so advanced it needs time to understand every single aspect of the controls - one control might be to the detriment of another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using various items from different vendors - using Librasva has allowed us to use products under one vendor which allows us one point of support and allows us to understand one product family
As good as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
We've just completed our first three-year engagement with Libraesva, and we're very happy to renew for a further three. Implementation was very straightforward, the interface is easy to use, and for the most part it's 'fire and forget' - it sits in the background and does it's job superbly well. Customer support has been excellent on the rare occasions we've needed it. I'd definitely recommend the product to other organizations.

Nothing to speak of! The old interface wasn't perfect, but that's been updated consistently.
