What do you like best about the product?
So far so good! I like that I get reminders when things are due, I can add statuses for what I'm working on and can adjust dates based on where the project is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could schedule automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping myself and my client on top of their project.

Great functionality, onboarding experience not optimal
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many options within Rocketlane that will allow us to track milestones, collect data, and make informed decisions to imrpove the pace of our onboarding model. I have had positive experiences so far troubleshooting with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding experience with Rocketlane has been overly complex and not tailored to meet our needs. We have to repeat ourselves on nearly every call. Content is repeated frequently and I've come to expect sessions to always go over in time. We opted for a train-the-trainer approach to train our own team internally because we knew we could provide a better experience for them.

Staying on top of project updates has never been easier. The clean and intuitive UI has been a big hit with our customers, making the portal a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Reporting could be more user-friendly, intuitive, and further building the Open APIs capability would help integrate Rocketlane with more 3rd party tools

It is sometimes slow and you need to repeat steps and date changes before it saves.

Productive & Efficient Platform for cross team collabration and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Resource management and timesheet integration is one of the useful features that come in handy while dealing with clients. Moreover, the ability to connect with clients within Rocketlane makes this platform very efficient and productive.
Sprint management and planning are very smooth and you do not have to depend on third party apps such as Jira.

There is a scope for improvement in UI & they can also introduce dark mode.

Rocketlane is making cross-functional collaboration easier and smoother. With the ability to communicate with customers in real time, this ensures a good customer experience and productive sprints within the organization.

I think the New task creation is a little clunky, especially from an end-users point of view. I often see them add it to the list instead and I miss it from Project PLan like this as it is not associated with a column

It helps give our clients visibility on the project without us having to manually update them, and it keeps everything one central place
