Small package carrying big surprises!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is a no-frills and simple onboarding tool that packs all the features needed for customer onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is sipmple that means it can sometimes lack details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been trying to automate our customer onboarding process with Rocketlane. Our implementation managers now spent less than coordinating internally as well as externally.

Best Project and timeline tracking app,
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use, and lots of filters are available to handle your tasks and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there could be an option for UI customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and keeping track of past, current and upcoming projects. Assigning users from organization at a single tool.
Efficient and Effective Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency and the effectiveness of the application. It also helps to log timesheet and track the billable hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application becomes slow and it hangs. This is the only thing which I dislike now.

- Project plan and Overview UI and navigation of tasks are really fancy and amazing

- Timesheet does not provide options for collaborators to create own tasks within the projects that may not be predefined taks

Solving one problem at a time
What do you like best about the product?
We initially thought the product is designed for Product companies and we are a services company. We adapted rocketlane a few months before (Dec 2021) - We have been able to onboard customers, manage teams and monitor progress of on-boarding much better than any other form of management!

We can check the deadline of projects and if there is any delay from the client's end so we can mention it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not available for mobile. If it is available we can track it through mobile also.

We can check how many hours we spent on one account this feature is very helpful for me.
