Would love to see all of our projects in a Ghant chart view, hopefully, this will change in an upcoming product release

Streaming our onboarding process. Hoping to decrease our time to launch and time to value for our customers through the use of RocketLane. We also wanted to have asynchronous communication

Amazing team and agile product
What do you like best about the product?
They were always ready to help us even if it wasn't related to their product. The product fits our use cases almost perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there was something that i disliked cause if there were any problems they got to them quickly and fixed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All communication is through their product and structured very well which helps us finish onboarding faster.

combination of Customer Onboarding Project set up and feature of project management like phases , tasks , timeline view enabled to help clear visibility of the project progress

Unavailability of program or portfolio view, flexibility to export concise project details and timelines. Can be finetuned to map for advanced Project handling

Customer Onboarding and time management for each project. Overall pipeline view of POC`s , and onboarding. Visibility of Project status and overall Project Health
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool for Onboarding or even managing Projects. Provides both a waterfall view and a Kanban view of deliverables with timeline mapping. The time management helps to manage billable hrs for each customer project. Very simple and easy to integrate with JIRA and Salesforce. Navigation is made easy and the Overview page helps largely to know the overall Project Health at a glance
Great tool for onboarding and project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane takes care of everything that is involved in project implementation and helps you collaborate with your client. The aspects right from setting up phases, creating tasks, sub-tasks, assigning owners etc. to giving an entire 360 degree analytical view of the ongoing projects are quintessential for any org that has a complex implementation process with dependencies on the client's teams. This helps with timely project delivery with stakeholders having a clear picture on the entire implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now but would love if they could release something that can handle the post-implementation customer lifecycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and tracking all our onboardings/implementations on Rocketlane. This has made our onboarding streamlined and structured. Also, it gives macro-level monitoring to the stakeholders of the projects for both our team and the client's team

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane allows you to share implementation progress with customers to ensure transparent, accountable, and effective processes are in place, and the partnership is set up for success. The team is also amazing and quick to respond and add desired features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Everything was as communicated. I would say that the email features that are being developed would be helpful, and I look forward to that. This is a slick platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to share our implementation work with our customers, stop looking for files in the email thread, sharing tasks and their progress, chat internally and externally.
Great value and amazing functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Love the rich functionality of the platform. Given how early in the stage they are, I can only imagine what's coming next.
I use it with HubSpot, where I zap my deal stages to creating new "projects" in Rocketlane. Pretty simple setup, and does what my customer success needs it to do.
I love the magic link functionality, where my customers can login without a need to remember their login/password, which makes it super easy to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is the lack of native HubSpot integration. But that's a matter of time until they enable it.

Problems solving - customer onboarding plan. Systemized, centralized, executable, and traceable.

It will make your business look more professional as you interact with clients. Understand that Rocketlane built a great software despite how young they are as a company.
An Onboarding Software that will delight your customers
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane at heart is a fantastic project management solution that fits amazingly well for SaaS customer onboarding. The ability to actively collaborate with the customer stakeholders on different aspects of onboarding is a game-changer. Both parties get a transparent view of where things stand and the gap that needs to be acted upon. Rocketlane promotes a culture of shared accountability which is the most striking aspect of the tool. Both our implementation managers and the customers love it. I cannot be more pleased - its well-designed fit-for-purpose tool not only eases the pain of onboarding but also makes it a pleasurable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there is a way to continue to use the tool for CS use cases post onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Rocketlane to manage all our customer onboarding. We are now able to objectively plan, measure, execute onboarding goals.
Great tool with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The way projects are organized allows for a clear picture without going into each to check status. Very easy to learn and manipulate. Great support team at the ready to answer questions and quick at improving the app with suggestions given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislikes. Have spoke with them with case specific time tracking and file uploading/downloading capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers have on demand visibility on the project. They understand the next steps, the roadblocks, and what needs to be done on both sides. This saves a lot of time spent on back-and-forth communication and allows for more productivity and tangible results.

Add some features for adding bulk tasks..Need to increase speed
