Rocketlane application is very user-friendly project tracking application.
What do you like best about the product?
There are various things which i like
- Just click on key "P", I can easily be at the Project page.
- One time design the project plan, and its easy to implement in all the project
- Create documents and attached
- Most important, i have private space to discuss with my team on the project, which is not visible to my client

What do you dislike about the product?
Not as of now which i dislike but yes i want more charts & reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Project Tracking is simple
- Timesheet with approval matrix is good
- Overview of the project is exciting along with the delayed task
- Download option of the project plan in excel and PDF is very useful

Easy to use and Automate product
What do you like best about the product?
That everything is at the birds-eye view. The communication with the client is direct and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets unclear on tracking the user journey. Like for me, it is confusing whether I need to create a task first or the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we were facing before rocketlane was that the communication with the client was scattered.
And the documentation was also not in place.
The benefits Rocketlane came with was a one-stop destination for all the problems.

Smart Customer Onboarding Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have built the onboarding processes from scratch in my organization. And with time, I realized that my conversations and communications are all over the place with global clients. Having emails as the primary channel, clients always wanted a quick chat option for their queries and hence they will opt for hangout chats/rooms, skype chat, WhatsApp msgs, SMSes, slack groups, etc. With over 50+ onboarding every month, it's overwhelming to address questions on all these channels all day long. And skimming through the conversation that I had 2 months ago was the biggest challenge.
With Rocketlane's instant chat feature, now everything is in one place. It makes both me and my clients happy to have all things in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane had been very accommodating with our feature requests and I am sure they will continue to build more as we grow together. There is nothing that I dislike yet, but definitely a scope of improvement in some features, like a group edit option on the dashboard console to add project details. Or an in-built survey option partnered with survey monkey or Typeform would be great, as NPS is a key OKR for Customer Success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is saving time by helping me manage a lot of documentation and client conversations. It is also very UI UX friendly, hence easy to use. It helps me manage my teams' tasks, by giving me a clean view on their progress. The reminders help me on track with upcoming overdue.

Rocketlane has been a great, easy-to-use tool with some great features. We had a good experience in the onboarding process as well and the team has been very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have some more inbuilt integrations with other platforms that are commonly used.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about rocketlane is the sheer transparency it gives to our customers that we're implementing. Earlier our implementations use to be a black box for customers. However, Rocketlane really helped us with giving customers full visibility on the project/implementation plan.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, it helps people who don't have a pen and paper to note to-dos. It helps automate and reminds us of tasks that need to be done on time. It has a simple UI and is not very complex to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a harsh word to use on a product that helps us every day. If there was something that I felt could have been better, it is maybe that the UI response rate is not the fastest, though manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits of Rocketlane is surely the fact that I don't have to mail customers on the smallest of things. The chat option on the task drawer helps a lot in getting small queries answered that too instantly sometimes.
A good onboarding platform with a lot potential
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is straightforward to navigate and self-explaining. The user experience from the project-lead to the customer perspective is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs here, and there that need some fixes.

It´s effortless to create a new project plan and commit the customer to deadlines.
Onboarding Tool to directly collaborate with customers
What do you like best about the product?
I feel Rocketlane is great to really collaborate with the customer. I like the overview page where you see all relevant details e.g. blocked or late tasks and can therewith directly interact with the customer to make sure everything can be done in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can see it´s fairly new. Sometimes a few features that would help us even more.

Making our onboardings transparent and easily accessible to customers.
Great tool for Onboarding Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use, the Onboarding experience is great and the team are always available to listen to product ideas and to help and guide.
From a customer point of view, the different views of project plans and the ability to communicate with our end customers via the platform is excellent.
Reporting is good too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the only thing I can say I dislike is the lack of comprehensive survey capabilities at the end of a delivery. However, the team have listened to feedback and will consider this for their roadmap
