Not Just for Onboarding - But for Customer Management
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane helps you streamline all communication and tasks between your customers and you.
It centralizes the items reported on email, messengers and slacks and creates a shared workspace for you and your customers. This helps track actual progress of integration/launch and once launched track progress on items thatimpact your customers and make sure they do not drop off the radar.
Your customers get a view of the progress made and you get a view of issues across all your customers. So even after your customers are live, bugs and other communication can be tracked on Rocketlane.
Rocketlane also has templates which allow you to repeat the same succesful playbook across new customers.

Would be better if they added Filtering by custom fields.

Very User Friendly and has everything, you need to track, monitor and report for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to reuse lots of items, where its project template, document template, and flexibility to make ad-hoc changes on the go in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, we found it matching 95% of what we were looking for in project management and tracking tool along with customer collaboration ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to give visibility of overall project status to internal and external teams.
Able to automated task tracking, assigning, alerts & reminders.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's Simple, User Friendly, and has almost everything that you need to track a project. On Top of, they have an amazing team to get you quickly set up, guide you with best practice and use it like a pro.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the product for a couple of months now.
What I've loved so far:
1. Better view to the customers on what their tasks are
2. Better accountability because we can assign specific tasks to customer
3. The Executive Sponsors have an overview of the status of the projects
4. Easier to identify bottlenecks
5. Creating templates for different project types
6. Ability to bring in embed files
7. Ability to have a conversation with customers specific to tasks
8. Ability to send weekly updates to Executives
9. Ability to create swimlanes
What I hope to see in the future:
1. Simple Kanban view of open and closed tasks for a specific project
2. Ability to export a project as Gantt Chart
Also, I cannot brag enough about how incredible their customer support/success is.

A very well thought out tool for the enterprise customer onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature would be the Status Update. I can't stress how important it is to send regular updates to the relevant stakeholders during the pilot/customer onboarding. We have lost a lot of deals in the past, for mere reason of not keeping the decision-maker in loop during the project.
Rocketlane makes it easy and also forces us to send the timely status updates :)
Apart from that, I like the UI/UX which is very nicely built and works smoothly (no point in the product, I'm surprised/confused).

What do you dislike about the product?
To make the best use of Rocketlane, it requires us to slightly organized. It has all the required features built in to help you in customer onboarding but in the end, it's on us to make sure you keep the project updated with the right status, updates etc. Maybe the product could send timely reminders?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Clarisights, we use Rocketlane extensively during the pilots and customer onboarding. As a successful onboarding requires efforts from multiple people (both internal team and customers' team), Rocketlane makes it easy to assign tasks to different people and takes care of sending reminders. This helps in making sure that we are on track with the timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly suggest anyone selling enterprise software to implement Rocketlane during the customer onboarding. You should surely try it out because you will learn a couple of things on how you can improve the way you have been doing customer onboading.

One of my favorite features of Rocketlane is the ability to quickly, easily, and dynamically create status reports to share with both internal and external project stakeholders.
Instead of going back through notes or spreadsheets to remember what we've accomplished or what's left to do on a project, I can select criteria (e.g., tasks completed in the last two weeks or outstanding tasks) and drag and drop them into a shareable status report.

The only challenge we've had is that the native Salesforce integration isn't released yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is not your ordinary project tracking tool. It is meant for collaboration. It is meant for clearer visibility. It is meant for driving ownership of pushing things across. I love that I can assign tasks to internal and external stakeholders at the same time, and have everyone collaborate together. It provides clear visibility on what is pending, what is stuck, with whom is it stuck. It helps me publish an executive summary in a matter of minutes (and not having to run through my emails for searching things).
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-arranging the order of tasks seemed difficult, but that's been fixed.
