It is a good tool to capture click analytics, marketing engagement, we mostly use it for app specific KPIs

Some pre-defined key journeys to easily replicate and send the notifications would be good

What do you like best about the product?
We greatly use cleverTap to segment users and find out details analytics, we have been using it daily to capture our KPIs like DAU, MAU, important journey clicks etc. The bi-weekly on site support by the tech and customer account team is brilliant. New feature onboarding is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard could be made more easier to use with some examples of key journeys already defined for business use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New feature rollout impact for native app flows, if any issue debugging and loggin.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Clevertap for the last 3 years for 3 accounts on nearly day-today basis. As a marketer, I have found Clevertap great on the fronts of ease of setting up push/journey notification, emails, interstitials, in-app notifications and more.
Some other features that I like:
- Tracking campaign performance is seamless.
- Segmentation, A/B testing, and filters for targetted marketing.
- Preset templates for email marketing are cool too.
- Admin settings that help you assign roles to team members.

Overall, Clevertap is a reliable platform that meets my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a great robust platform, there are some hiccups in between. Thankfully their customer support team and query management system is good and things get taken care of.

Meets my digital marketing needs

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the CleverTap platform for over two years and it has been a game-changer for my marketing campaigns. The platform’s support for A/B testing across push notifications, journey notifications, interstitials, in-app messages, and marketing emails has been incredibly helpful in optimizing campaign performance. As a senior designer, I appreciate how seamlessly CleverTap integrates rich media, banners, and images into both push and email campaigns, making the content more engaging and visually appealing.

What do you dislike about the product?
That when setting up a push notification, you have to paste the image and the deeplink two times, once for android and iOS. I am not a tech person but i wonder why they cannot save the users from pasting two times. Not a deal-breaker though!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the CleverTap platform for over three years to manage push notifications, journey notifications, in-app notifications, interstitials, and marketing emails across two accounts. My experience has been excellent so far.

The platform’s user interface is intuitive, and setting up campaigns or journeys is straightforward, even for complex workflows. What sets CleverTap apart is their customer support. Every query I’ve raised has been resolved promptly and effectively. I also appreciate their well-organized query management system, where issues can be prioritized as urgent, medium, or low. This ensures that critical issues are addressed immediately, which is a big plus for fast-paced marketing environments.

One feature that I have been recently trying my hands on is “Scribe", their integrated tool for notification content creation, which has been incredibly helpful in understanding and tweaking content based on emotions it is likely to invoke in the readers. It makes strategizing content more efficient.

Overall, CleverTap is a reliable and versatile platform that combines robust features with excellent customer support. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a dependable marketing automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In setting up journey notifications, there are no filter on specific "actions" within the event properties under the "user does not do" section in the Entry Inaction condition. I raised this with the Clevertap product team and they have assured that this additional feature is already under development and should be available some time soon.
