What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about Hootsuite is that now my team does not need to log in to every social network we have as a brand because they can answer everything from the same place, which was one of our purposes. Besides the fact to follow up promotions, resolve FAQs, and support our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to implement more features to automatize many processes under specific rules, for instance, the possibility to hide, tag, and auto-close certain interactions based on keywords. Something similar could be implemented with the automatic sentiment, even though is assigned taking into consideration the interaction context, it will be useful to feed this tool with keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
