Highly flexible and effiecient remote support platform

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customisable remote support tool that works well with multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). We have enabled SSO so technicians login to the console with their AD credentials. We have also integrated the product with Microsoft Teams. New features are being added all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using SSO to login to the console requires a download to be executed from the browser. Sometimes there are issues with this.
Automatic elevation service was depreciated on Windows
Can only view rather than control an iOS device in a remote session. We can control Android devices though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to all platforms in our environment (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). Product has been customised to meet our security standards. Product can be integrated with 3rd party products such as Microsoft Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
BeyondTrust is really very helpfull tool for accessing others PC 's remotely.
It can be used when someone is facing issues like networking problems or if someone is facing issue with any software installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires high speed internet thats the downside of beyond trust remote support, also this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to solve technical problems like if some software is not installing properly or if some of my team mates is not able to connect to client desktop.
This tool is really helpful in software industry.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best remote tools available today. Ability to view all monitors, tries reconnecting when disconnected (like when asked to connect to VPN), both admin and non-admin shortcuts in menu bar, easy to find user's machine with internal list/db.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the cost for the product. Otherwise, it meets or exceeds my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Desk personnel needs to support remote users and this has solved our needs for a cross-platform and dependable remote support application.

What do you like best about the product?
It does excellent remote support and has many added features and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found a downside to using BeyonTrust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to jump an end user's machine as long as they have an internet connection. Root terminal control on the backend and easy file transfers.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using BeyondTrust remote support! We primarily purchased the system to support our software clients, however, it's use has greatly expanded to assist out internal operations team with managing/maintaining internal systems just as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardware appliances seem to have shorter planned obsolescence than before, that said, virtual machines in an either public or private cloud are a much better option. One thing I would really like is some form of conditional access. i.e. users can't access certain hosts based on their source IP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to client computers for remote support processes. We now also use it for internal PC support.

What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial and easy to learn. Gives the ability to connect and help users quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everything works great!!

It allows connect to users computers remotely and allows for easy support than having to be in person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to access users quickly and provide support without a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience a bad outcome with beyond trust support. I haven't had an issue where I had to contact customer support either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us provide support remotely. We have many members in the field and this allows us to troubleshoot effectivly.

What do you like best about the product?
-Helps to push Security policies
-Allow Remote connection to end user
-Interactive User Interface
What do you dislike about the product?
-While helping external vendor, if they are connected to the session using invitation link and needs to install something, can't go to admin page, limited access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Great tool for remote support
- The user doesn't need to provide login details like another remote app
- Push security policies can be created and pushed to user

Absolutely the best Remote Support Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment with several methods. I can give a link to a colleague and we're connected in a minute. Then I can gain admin access and pin them to my console. I can separate them by company, sort them by name or by tag. I can deploy via Intune, also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some difficulties deploying, but once corrected, it's smooth sailing. Support could have better documentation for deployment of jump clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 164 machines (and counting). I work from home and can connect to all of them with ease. I can manage my servers without using a VPN to get to them. Users can also reach out via Teams if need be.
