What do you like best about the product?
Retool excels in quick development of handy tools and applications that are needed for Internal usecases. We have developed for a lot of use cases in Operations where it is very difficult to plan and build tools. So what we need is a platform where we need to quickly develop and roll it out when the need comes up and Retool has been excellent in meeting us that Goal
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a lack of options in terms of integrating with Google Cloud products than on AWS. Also would be gr8 to have native capabilities to execute Kubectl commands against GKE resources

Retool has solved many of the challenges for us in Digital Technology Operations

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Retool is its incredible flexibility and speed in building custom interactive tools. The platform allows us to bring together APIs, databases, and even AI agents seamlessly, letting us create interactive, dynamic KPI that are tailored precisely to stakeholder needs. The ability to write and execute Python, JavaScript, and SQL directly within the platform gives us control over everything, from data processing to creating unique visual components. It’s a powerful, all-in-one solution that accelerates development and has become essential for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the learning curve—Retool can feel a bit overwhelming for team members without coding experience. Advanced customizations sometimes need extra support or technical know-how, which can slow down non-developers. But once you get it, is easy for any implementation you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retool is helping us build a fully interactive dashboard that pulls data from multiple sources, all in one place. By connecting APIs and integrating AI agents, we’re able to get real-time data, fast insights, and summaries that make decision making smoother. This setup has been a game changer, saving us tons of time and allowing our team to interact with the data directly, no need for jumping between tools or manual data updates.

Although I've been working with Retool every day for a couple of years, I wouldn't say it has any major flaws. Occasionally, the app freezes, but that's about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and make adjustments when needed, the software team for my company find it easy to adjust as per feedback from all associates. Great integration with already existing tools and software and has been easy to roll out and implement within the business. Me and my team use various retool tools on a daily basis and they have great customer support if we run into issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would benefit from themes or ability to expand on colour pallete.

Filling in the gap for various las mile related issues we initially had in our fulfillment company.

What do you like best about the product?
Low code implementation. Easy to automate business logic, make optimizations. Versatile and integrates with other tools easily and hassle free. Good from developer point of view. Good support.

Better config optmizations. Sometimes, low code concepts actually prohibits implementing some tricky features. Fail at complex applications.
