Great Product with Room for Interface Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
As a system administrator it extremely useful when having to manage all the email endpoints we have. The protection it allows us to provide even though we are a small team is very helpful when having to work with 300+ endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
The end user interface can be intimidating for users trying to just remove from quarantine emails that were false positive marked .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's managing the flow of spam, phishing attacks, and grey mail like unsolicited vendor emails.

Proofpoint provides comprehensive email security
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint has a wide variety of products for protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricey and some of the products could be better integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting the end users (and hence the company) from themselves.
Very powerful tool to improve your email security
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very powerful tool, that can integrate into a host of products to help understand your email risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive to by it peice by peice if you only want certain tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops unwanted and malicious emails from getting to end users as well as alerting if someone did click a link so we can triage. It's our front line on email security.
Proofpoint as an email Security Service
What do you like best about the product?
It is very much reliable, easy to use and the insights provided within the portal make it an ease to locate, remove, identify phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now they are currently transffering all of pphosted settings and functionalities to a new portal UI, this is an improvement as pphosted can sometimes be a bit hard to understand for the regular user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we locate and know where from, who is a targeted within the organization adding extra security measures to prevent any phishing attempt
Vigilant and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Proopoint cause less noises when it comes to alerts. Less False Positive give me time to focus on other things
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there is a way to authomate things.

I filters bad emails that we don want our users to receive.

I wish there were capabilities to remove bad emails. Right now we can only release misclassified ones

What do you like best about the product?
This is the product to best in email security. Providing predelivery protection and post delivery remediation for email threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike are minor issues with certain features.

It prevents phishing, BEC, spam, and many other email borne threats.
Solid Email Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Email protection is top-notch. Support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients can quibble about the cost. There are rare outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint is great at weeding out spam and protecting users.
Software suite works as expected.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the best about this suite of software is the ability to easily search and pull emails from users inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the number of portals to access the full suite of software in addition to the multiple places types of support tickets that can be submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is limiting the number of spam emails the company recieves by auto blocking after analyzing the environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull malicious emails from our users inbox has proven to be worth the investment!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Proofpoint will misclassify emails and having to open a support ticket to resolve the issue sometimes takes time, but they always rectify the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint is simplifying the blocking process where other vendors for spam tended to allow more spam through to our users.
