Proofpoint TAP and TRAP is very helpful for my organization by letting me leverage the data.

Versatile, useability and quick notifications

Not knowing how to use all of the programs that are offered with the suite.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best, the search capabilities with how easy they are is a life saver. Theres enough stuff in the day to do that being able to go into it and it be that usable and easy is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
NA, i have had no complaints since using it. which is surprising.

Condesning of a number of email services and features into one great product

The SER pod is an amazing way for third party senders to send out on our behalf

Efficacy of identifying malicious emails and email hygiene with filtering spam.

The interface feels like 2007 still, mostly a UX concern.

Email firewall and filtering capabilities give me awesome control over email filtering.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, takes a hands off approach for the majority of the work through automation, works actively to protect and retroactively remove threats
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant wait for the move from the old enterprise version to the new email application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using the O365 Email defender application, Proofpoint provides VIP protection, Spam filtering, url protection, and retroactive malware email removal through TAP and TRAP
Email Threats Actively Stopped
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup. Stopped way more email threats than previous vendors. Customer support very informative. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit overaggressive. Some legit sites/emails flagged for spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More dilligent when it comes to email security. Saves time by not having so many email threats coming through.

Excellent protection against email threats to my organization

Spam filters can be a bit finikey vs legitimate emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 50k emails a day, using this product guards our organization from various threats and spam.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales account manager and engineering team. The technology to better equip my team to secure our companies communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since we moved to the cloud we have a lot more outages (specifically with scan cloud). Availability is a major concern for our members. Luckily support has gotten better over the past 6 months but it did struggle for a little while.
