What do you like best about the product?
Vulnerability information is very useful. I also like that I can search in one platform for multiple different types of query.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a dislike but it can take some time to get used to where all the functions are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Threat intelligence questions are a lot easier to answer now and dark Web monitoring allows for leaked credentials to be found.

What do you like best about the product?
Recorded Future is a force multiplier for our team, allowing us to extend and monitor intelligence sources across the internet to proactively identify threats to the organization. Recorded Future was able to identify a compromised third-party proactively so that we could respond quickly and mitigate risk. Recorded Future frequently alerts us to brand misuse, typosquatting, and other early indicators of potential attack that we would not otherwise be able to action. The support we receive is outstanding and as a SaaS solution deployment is simple and integration with other services is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a intimidating for new users and suffers from an overload of information, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but which can take some orientation to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recorded Future performs the function of a complete threat intelligence team, allowing a smaller company extend capabilities without needing new resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Recorded Future is the gold standard for threat intelligence. It has saved at least 50% of time for threat hunting, vulnerability management, incident triage, phishing emails, and anything else a SOC looks for!

The document does not have any downsides I can think of at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform that has the latest intel available on most topics. The support team is super helpful and makes navigating all the features really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerting function could be a bit more intuitive from a user perspective.

Identifying vulenrabilities and potential exploitation in addition to third party compromise.
Recorded Future Makes My Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I find their scoring systems for CVE's incredibly useful. We use Recorded Future every day. It's simple to use, just input your CVE into the search bar and you can see what threat intel is available. It integrates well into e-mail alerts as well. Bi-weekly, we meet with support from RF to go over our MSSP findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their AI feature needs more updates to be usable.

RF is essential in helping us categorize and triage CVE's.
