Best Search Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, highly configurable, very customizable, allows for multiple user experiences using the same sources, multiple models that are customizable, number of OOTB connectors, covers many different verticals (commerce, CRM, AEM, Websites, etc), 100% cloud based, hosted search pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new feature releases and updates requires a lot of time and effort to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing Agent swivel, integrating with the community and unifying search across the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to get started, the built in templates and defaults are very effective. You can quickly deploy an effective search experience. If your use case requires more customisation, there is wide scope to make changes to the processing flow. The documentaion is very comprehensive, and there is great support from CSMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything has worked well, nothing to dislike.

AI-Powered Enterprise Grade SaaS Search Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Indexing content along with associated permissions (if any) is very easy, thanks to the out-of-the-box, built-in connectors, and generic connectors that Coveo comes with - that fits almost all use cases.

All key search features provided by Coveo are backed by AI-powered models, which elevate the user search experience to the next level with contextual and relevant search results.

The best part, based on multiple implementations I have been part of, is the ongoing continuous improvement.
This can be achieved by simply adjusting the configuration and settings in the platform without needing developer assistance, based on insights from the Coveo analytics dashboard.
This helps to show the value/ ROI- that Coveo brings to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I’m being really nitpicky, the pricing can sometimes be a bit high for small-scale customers.

Not sure - if it would be feasible to have a tier for small-scale customers - that includes a couple of generic connectors and limited models, which would serve the basic search needs of a website at a more affordable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo integrates seamlessly as a preferred enterprise search product for our key digital transformation implementations, bringing significant value to our projects.

It allows us to create an Amazon-like search experience with ease, eliminating the need to reinvent the wheel.

The Right Tool for Search

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Coveo is how it consolidates into a single view all of my org's systems of knowledge (i.e. SFDC Knowledge base, JIRA, Confluence, Customer Portal) into a single and easily searchable view. I don't have to go into each seperate system(s) to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we run into Index issues and results don't appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consolidating into a single view all of my org's systems of knowledge (i.e. SFDC Knowledge base, JIRA, Confluence, Customer Portal) into a single and easily searchable view. I don't have to go into each separate system(s) to find the information I'm looking for. I can do it all within SFDC/Coveo UI

Simply Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, stability, level of customization, and accuracy/relevancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep and occasionally requires dev resources; however, this is true for most of the more sophisticated search providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo provides a single platform that can provide quality, and reliable search functionality to multiple website properties, desktop and mobile apps, with a high level of customization and the ability to index content from a vareity of sources and repositories.

Huge business benefits in increased Self Service Success rates and reduced Time to Resolve

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily the dashboards you can create help you measure success and show ROI. You can also gather so much data to help you understand your customer, thier needs, pain points and effort spent on self service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Salesforce as our CRM and admin access is required for many configuations or changes. Our team that manages Coveo does not have Salesforce admin access and we have to wait on IT tickets for changes. We have been hoping with the Quantic insight panel and other updates that we will be able to do more inside Coveo and be less dependant on admin access to Salesforce to make needed changes and updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our federated search Coveo indexes and makes all of our resources available from one search even though they reside in different systems and locations. Adding CRGA to case assist has brought an immediate generated answer to customers who many not have otherwise self serviced. If this answer does not resolve thier issue they can continue to open a case. This model leads to greater case defelction and higher self service capabilities. Customers do not have to wait on a response if the generated answer resolves thier issue. The insight panel use last year reduced our TTR by 25%, we have just added CRGA to the Insight Panel which can give the techs a generated answer with citations they can even use as an action plan in their cases.

What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates cross-functional communications. We can easily update changes for multiple user profiles with single source. It's flexible enough to allow for different usage methods - for some teams it's support articles, for others it can deliver work instructions while making any implementation more searchable and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had true CCMS integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized way to deliver work instructions to cross-functional teams, we also wanted a robust solution for our Support Portal to facilitate internal and external response velocity to support a better customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Coveo has really elevated the findability of our support documentation in the time we have been parterning with them so far. Our team's have a lot of technical documentation that utilizes shared content across a large product suite, and we've seen improvements in content visibility by leaps and bounds with Coveo's Machine Learnining models and built in relevance tuning. Their support team is top notch, with really rapid responses and their team is very knowledgeable when it comes to offering creative solutions to our customized implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not much to complain about! We've run into some minor limitations given the custom nature of our implementation, but the team has always offered different ways to overcome those and make them work for our use cases. If anything, it's that there's such a vast suite of functionality that it's not always easy to understand exactly what our options are!

Content visibility across the business for internal and external users

We likely under utilize all of its functionality.
