Druva Backup and restore solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is very solid in terms of technical support. They have always been helpful in resolving our backup or restore issues on time. The solution is general is very good!. Coming from a on-prem hardware solution to a full cloud has reduced our maintenance time in about 20% dealing with backups and restores. The other plus is that we integrated two solutions into one. They also offered M365 email backups at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major at this point. I would suggest when the time comes for renewal to have a better understanding on how the credits work to better plan for data growth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier backup and restore solution. Most important, the time we spent in the past managing this on-prem solution is almost gone. No hardware to maintain, network to deal with, or capacity restrictions to control. No software version updates either.
