Complete visibility for all cloud environments, including Alibaba and AWS China
What do you like best about the product?
A huge requirement was to have a solution that would work with all of our cloud environments, including China to provide a single pane of view without two separate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI is intuitive to a degree, but can be challenging to navigate to present exactly what you're looking for as well ensure the right information presented is not double counted in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wiz - constantly innovating
What do you like best about the product?
First, the Threat Center feature that focuses on newsworthy vulnerabilities helps manage expectations with executive leadership. Second, the Security Graph is very easy to use and drill down. Both are must have features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very overwhelming for beginning users of the system. However just focus on tackling critical risks or classes of attack vectors to help manage the findings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz helps us gain 100% visibility into our cloud resources. In addition, the context such as is it exposed externally, help prioritize the riskier resources first. We are able to focus on high risk items first and just continue drilling down from there.
Intuitive & Easy to Configure
What do you like best about the product?
As a program lead for our cloud security program, I am always skeptical about onboarding new software and the lift required for an already resource-strapped team. Wiz was seamless to onboard and integrate and the support we received was top-tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes yet. Wiz has provided amazing support in our journey and has been with us every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my viewpoint - Wiz has been a powerful first step in simplifying our security operating model and modernizing our capabilities
Excellent Visibility to our Environment
What do you like best about the product?
For a smaller organization, we were able to get use from the tool immediately. It showed us some misconfigurations that we weren't aware of and gave us good direction to put us on a path to clean up. Being able to see why a misconfiguration is a risk is really nice to see. Also the ability to separate my cloud space into "projects" allows for quick viewing of problems and allows for easier triage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to the syntax for gathering things that are not considered default and using the graph feature. Though getting much better in the container space, it isn't their strong point yet but it is still strong overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility than the native tools in the cloud. Connectivity to our ticketing system is nice and allows us to decide which ones to create tickets on and pass them on to the developers.
Wiz. The Best in the Biz
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of connecting Wiz into my customers' environments allowing them to see any and all vulnerabilities. Within hours, customers have full visibility and can address the vulnerabilities that were previously leaving them exposed. The team is professional and truly understands the industry challenges and how to solve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
=Wiz is fantastic as is. There's nothing I dislike about the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that my customers face when it comes to cloud, is that they don't know they have vulnerabilities until Wiz points it out.

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is solving the problem of securing our cloud infrastructure and providing us with valuable insights into our cloud security posture. This has allowed us to proactively identify and fix potential security vulnerabilities, resulting in increased productivity and peace of mind. The support team is also a huge benefit, as they are always available to help with any issues or questions we may have. Overall, Wiz has greatly improved our ability to manage and maintain the security of our cloud environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Wiz. It has been a valuable tool for us and has exceeded our expectations in terms of its ability to provide insights into our cloud security posture and help us proactively identify and fix potential vulnerabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is solving multiple problems for us: Cloud security, Kubernetes and container security, and data security. We are also using Wiz to build our security metrics program.
Turning the Tables With Wiz
What do you like best about the product?
The agentless approach is by far my favorite part. After connecting our cloud accounts we have security findings and visibility within 24 hours. An agent based approach would have taken us well over a year to roll out. With this we can immediately start resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hear it is being worked on, but reports worthy of passing around are lacking. There is only one PDF report today with the rest being CSV. Another ask is to have project views that are as dynamic as the accounts that come and go. We would like to be able to create projects that mimic the all projects view. From there offer an exclusion filter in order to block out certain objects and/or subscriptions from that dynamic project view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is logically reporting on where our critical issues are so we can start attacking the problems. More importantly, Wiz is creating Issues based on controls that combined represent toxic combinations. By themselves, they might not equate to much, but together they become a real issue to resolve first and foremost.
Simplifies security configuration reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz has made our monthly cloud security reviews much simpler and more thorough at the same time. The easy to understand layout of findings make it approachable to everyone rather than needing a cloud configuration engineer for everything.
The ability to create custom controls and frameworks is incredibly helpful as we work to exceed industry standards and hold ourselves to a higher bar. The built-in frameworks are excellent measuring tools to see where you stack up to common certifications and regulations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Out-of-the-box Wiz is a great tool to help ensure security. There are times when it becomes a rabbit hole which has the potential for someone to become concerned with all of the findings and devices and paths and all the other available information. It can become overwhelming pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud providers can very often give you all the information you'd ever want, but in a way that makes you dig for it to find the useful bits. Wiz makes everything easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to take action on.

Wiz is my eyes on our clouds. Very easy installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think that there is something that we "dislike". Every request that we have gets the maximum attention.
