What do you like best about the product?

Bright Data's products scratch an evident itch: collecting social media platforms' data has been made very hard in practice, despite legislation that makes it mandatory in many geographies.

Many platforms don't have APIs, third party Python libraries are usually not available, reliable or scalable. This left the research community trying to access social media data at scale with the need to reinvent the wheel for every new social media-related project. Bright Data has proven a fantastic answer to this issue.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, nothing ! Being able to access posts that are behind log-in walls would be appreciated but I understand it might not be legally possible.
