Seamless transition and improved customer experience
After our existing solution was sunset with little notice, we needed an urgent replacement and learnt of Sequence Shift. Whilst apprehensive at first as to the simplicity and ease of implementation the solution. We found the SS team to be very knowledgeable with their product, and very helpful and flexible with supporting us through design, configure and test phases. This gave us the confidence to proceed to implementation and subsequent go live was very simple and straightforward with the entire project running for a little over a month. The production go live was simple and painless with no issues nor loss of service. We now have a much improved solution that provides a better experience to our customers, call centre operators and our technical team. Highly recommended.

Easy credit card integration
We've been using SequenceShift for over three and a half years to manage PCI compliance for our Amazon Connect call system, and we couldn't be happier with the solution. It's incredibly user-friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. We previously had a provider that charged us a hefty monthly surcharge based on the number of policies we processed, regardless of how many actually involved payments. SequenceShift's pay-as-you-go model is a huge advantage, allowing us to optimize costs based on our actual usage.
Beyond cost-effectiveness, SequenceShift's support team has been outstanding. They are always quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. We've also been impressed with how easily SequenceShift integrated with our credit card vendor. Plus, the ability to quickly and easily add new fields from the Merchant SOAP API has been a huge plus for us. Flexible, User-Friendly PCI Compliance Solution for Amazon Connect
SequenceShift is an excellent PCI compliance solution for the Amazon Connect phone call system. It is user-friendly and reasonably priced. We switched from PCI Pal to SequenceShift because of its pay-as-you-go model, which suits our needs better. Unlike PCI Pal, where everyone needs a license regardless of usage (we have some non-customer service departments where people process only a couple of payments a month), SequenceShift allows us to scale based on our actual usage.
Their support team is very responsive and reliable when it comes to troubleshooting any issues. Additionally, SequenceShift is flexible enough to integrate with our order entry software, which has been a significant advantage. I highly recommend SequenceShift for anyone looking for a robust PCI compliance solution!
