Decent electronic signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign allows my clients to submit businness financing applications. It is also compatible with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Sign appears to take a long to process electronic applications and convert them to PDFs. The integration with Salesforce could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Sign allows my clients to complete a financing application on our company portal, which can then be converted into a PDF document via the Salesforce integration.

Very easy to install and configurate with Salesforce

Easy to use for an standard user, by selecting files, drag an drop sign tags in the file, choose recipients ...etc

What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot resend, when you make a mistake for example and , you need to restart the transaction
We dont have the possibility to customize completely the Email (header, footer parts) are automatically done by Conga, and the inside part can be customize with the Business Unit
It will be better to have the possibility to manage completely the Email
Recipient language : only some languages are managed

-Nothing can describe to dislike it.it's an excellent tool with the most straightforward UI to configure.

- Supports document attachments from recipients of e-signature, which is reverted in salesforce and attached to relevant records in salesforce automatically.

Its one of the best conga esign modules in apttus clm and cpq. Its very reliable and fast

As a conga esign user. I have developed various contracts and agreements.i dont have any negative to say about conga esign

I will love it if the process to configure conga can be simplified and the addition of more features such as quick setup and ability to have more tha ten receipt.

It was solving the problem with customer documents that business needs you can easy setup conga for invoice contract or any documents generation based on your businesses requirements
Conga-Sign is a terrible cheap alternative to DocuSign

I do not like anything about this tool. It has the minimum functionality to get something signed but will take hours to successfully send something

you cannot resend, when you make a mistake you have to start all the way at the beginning, you cannot view the document after it has been sent, if there is an a mistake you have to start from scratch. customers are not familiar with the tool and the emails are more likely to get blocked

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to administer and integrate with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It only works with Salesforce (api is just getting released), but that's ok for our organization.

Conga Sign is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign allows us to set it and forget it which has improved the experience of our customers and our sales department. Gone are the days of printing, signing, scanning, emailing; now our customers can sign or reassign with a few clicks. Game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a lag time to generate our order forms but I know Conga is working to improve this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to close is the biggest problem Conga Sign is solving for us. We also know exactly where the contract is with the audit trail which provides our sales reps with visibility they did not have before.
