Terrific platform for a blazing fast, almost impossible, certification
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale is a great platform powered up with a great team of professional. It really was a great pleasure working with them.
The job was intense but they made it a absolutely smooth.
They rythmed the process as needed and we managed to finalize our certification in record time.

The Solution that Gets Rapidly Growing Companies Compliant Fast
What do you like best about the product?
- The fact that that their platform and expert team eliminate the stress involved with security compliance and pretty much take over full management of the audit-readiness process.
- Their technology and people speed up the usual compliance process so it isn't a daunting and time-intensive project.
- As a startup, it is vital that we are able to continue focusing on our core growth objectives while undergoing our IT audit process. Scytale allowed us to do just that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind right now. The very few platform bugs were taken care of almost immediately. We look forward to the continuous growth of the maturity of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- They reduce the manual work associated with IT audits, through automated evidence collection.
- Our dedicated compliance manager guided us from beginning to end with all audit requirements, evidence needed, etc.
- Their automated compliance technology allowed us to streamline our tasks in a central environment, ensuring an organized and efficient compliance project.

SOC 2 Report preparation
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale managed the SOC project for us perfectly, they saved us a lot of time by them doing their work and using their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were very satisfied with the work with Scytale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, they saved us time with their tool and their customer service. They help us focus and take the relevant things for the auditor. Also, they communicated with the auditor and took this attention from us.
SOC2 made as easy as possible
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledgeable Scytale staff was a pleasure to work with and earned our trust by helping us navigate some early challenges. The Scytale SOC2 academy helped me gain a solid understanding of what SOC2 is, the history of the certification, its terminology, what is involved in getting certified, and the benefits after certification. Partnering with Scytale was the right decision for our company to ensure we got our SOC2 in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coordinating teams in different time zones was a minor hurdle but we worked through it without any major issues. There were some bugs in the Scytale portal that I would have hoped were corrected quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The road to a SOC2 certification can be a long and challenging one. Scytale is the "GPS" on this road providing insights, guidance and detours when required. Any question you could possibly have is answered by a skilled and experienced team that know SOC2 from top to bottom.
Took the pressure and time out of my compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
The combination between platform that acutally get my entire evidance from my tech stack and the compliance consulatent that is attached to the process with us is powerful. I think I've put only 20 hours of my and my team time on SOC2 audit just because of Scytale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly, As we had 1 integration missing on the platform, we told the Scytale team and they added it in 2 weeks!

His extensive knowledge, coupled with an unmatched dedication, makes every interaction insightful and valuable. Often going the extra mile, he embodies what it means to be a true "soul player". Their platform is equally impressive, seamlessly integrating with key tools such as AWS, Google Workspace, Github, Monday, and Linear. It not only identifies compliance gaps but prescribes actionable tasks to bridge them.

It's genuinely challenging to pinpoint any negatives. They've consistently met and exceeded expectations in every regard.

In the intricate world of compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, etc.), Scytale proves indispensable. Their comprehensive approach ensures we remain compliant, freeing us to zero in on our primary goals without compliance concerns looming overhead.
Great Product, awesome support
What do you like best about the product?
The high responsivity of the team helped us move fast and put the focus in the right place while simplifying tasks and process which is pretty complex. The system itself is user friendly and pretty intuative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I disliked, however, with the product's evlolment I would suggest to consider an integration with Slack to make it easier for internal communication, follow ups and tasks completion.

Making SOC2 process easy, simple and friendly. The platform provides the information and tools requried to go all the way to SOC2 cerification

What do you like best about the product?
Scytale is an excellent program. It clearly lays out the requirements for achieving SOC2 compliance right from the beginning of working with it. This allowed us to define the workload and plan our timeline efficiently. The instructions and workflow are clear, accurate, and very intuitive. Our program manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and readily available. We'll continue using Scytale for our future audit and certification needs.

Occasionally the next step in the process was not immediately apparent. But with our program manager we were able to figure things out quite quickly.

Scytale's ability to simplify the compliance process, their automation in evidence collection, and decentralized compliance approach minimized manual efforts, allowing us to concentrate on our core business activities. Additionally, their personal touch and individualized guidance, especially from team members Oron and Adar, added to the overall positive experience.

While Scytale is still in the development phase of their platform, there's nothing in particular that stands out as a concern. Their continuous growth and potential overshadow any minor areas that may require refinement
