Very positive- easy UI/UX and great professional services along the way!
What do you like best about the product?
the UI is very easy for a user that does not have prior familiarity with the GDPR field
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I wish that the UX will reflect the exact checklist for me to achive in order to be qualified/certificated for GDPR/SOC2 etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much.
The dashboard is sometimes a little slow, but no biggy.

Going over the process and execution of soc2, which can be very annoying without help.

The Scytale team was all for us at any time we needed,

At time the dashboard would freeze, it happend a few times during the audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Policies tamplates are a life saver!
They are very professional and easy to work with

All of their guidance is very short and easy to understand and I knew that I can turn to them with any problem I had during the process. We worked a lot with Oron Nachmany, our Customer Success Manager, who was there for us for any problem and with a lot of patience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really don't have something bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us go through the process of getting an ISO certificate. Without them I would not know what to do and how to start the process.

Scytale has helped us tremendously to automate our entire compliance flows, from SOC2 Type II, to SOC1 Type II through ISO270001, GDPR, and CCPA.
Amazing responsive team, that helps from the initial stages of the compliance processes through the audit themselves.

I can only say that we would love to get better-designed policies out of the platform, hopefully, branded by us.

Automating our complete compliance flows, and reduces our workload managing these processes.

The fact that they made the process effortless for us, was particularly impressive. With personalized guidance from our account manager, Scytale helped streamline compliance, allowing us to focus on our developing our products and company.

As a startup, Scytale is currently in the development phase of its platform, and it's important to note that there may be some areas that still require polishing. One aspect that could be improved is the accuracy of the automated scanning feature, which may not be consistently 100% correct at all times. However, considering their progress and potential, I have confidence that they will make significant improvements in a short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The work with Scytale is very easy and intuitive. They helped us get our SOC 2 certificate for the second time and it was fast, easy, with the best teams. Kyle and Lee are the best team, super efficient. they calmed me down when needed and knew how to help us get the certificate asap
