What do you like best about the product?
Muvi provides an excellent product and is consistently eager to collaborate on customizing our requirements. Their dedication to working with us has been exceptional. A special shout-out to Naveen Chouksey, our Technical Account Manager; we couldn't have done it without him.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the CMS is user-friendly and the support is excellent, there are times when the help instructions don't correspond with the fields. It would be beneficial to ensure that the help documentation is regularly updated.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and services are topclass. Premium features available with the basic plans
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates should be added, orelse everything is perfect

It helped me start my own ott platform. I am glad that I made a wise decision and choose muvi.

What do you like best about the product?
Muvi has been very useful for our video managment needs. It is feature rich and at the same time, very much user friendly. Our team is comfortable using it and Muvi provides good support whenever we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothign as such so far based on our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for our in-house use. Our teams use it for training and internal video management.

What do you like best about the product?
Would be a reasonable price if we had subscribers want to stay with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to load, not easy for a lay person to use. Took a remarkably long time to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to be our ecommerce system for streaming audio but so far has not lived up to expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Muvi team has been wonderful. They are professional, attentative, and determined to solve any issues.

The website never crashed or experienced down time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS is not as friendly of a user interface as I would like. It takes a great deal of mapping out and trying to remember where things are placed and consulting the help forum.

I would personally like to see the ability to create both a FAST channel and paid VOD option for one product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Muvi helps solve the disparity between having the resources to pay 150k+ for a website upfront and allows instead a subscription service for your OTT platform.

Do Not Use MUVI - You will Regret It

What do you like best about the product?
What it promises to deliver and feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service and platform are absolutely atrocious. We have been working on a client project for months and have lost tens of thousands of dollars due to delays and additional work from our team that needs to go into the platform to support basic functionality. We went this route because of what MUVI promised to deliver. The CMS has severe limitations (if you can even call it that). You will find random characters in your titles/listings that will take your team hours to resolve. Additionally, their customer support is absolutely terrible, taking months to fix even the smallest issues.

We were also told it could support a pricing model that it could not so we had to completely revamp the business model to try and make it work.

If you already have money tied into developing on this platform, walk away and consider it a sunk cost. They will not support you and it will cost you in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution has not benefited us in any way, shape or form. We could have built a custom solution 3x over for what it took to try and work around their horrible platform.

What a nightmare it has been...

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, literally nothing. This is not an exaggeration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know where to start. We have had so many issues using MUVI OTT service trying to implement this for a client of ours. At every turn there has been an issue which our team has to literally hold the dev team at MUVIs hand to fix, if they even can. From uploading our files, to user interface and just a million different issues. I wish I had listened to our dev team to build a custom solution for our client.

Has been a year to get the site where it needs to be and it is still terrible. The site is so slow it is painful, we also have an issue when you try to switch pages you get a chrome pop up asking if your sure you want to leave the page, which MUVI is claiming is the default functionality, which is absolutely not the case.

our team has even found the line in the code that is causing this and highlighted it to MUVI. Lets see what they do.

Further we have been paying for over a year for a site we have been unable to use, and when asked for some sort of compensation they wouldn't budge or compensate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not solving any, we should have built a custom site, it would have been comparable in cost for us to do that and been done in a fraction of the time.

I have worked with Muiv on Numerous Project and the find the serive outstanding and the teams are amazing to work with and alwyas extremely helpful

Nothing, I find the tech excellent and easy wo work with

Muvi have been giving us amazing support on some very complex intergrations as well as UI support and functionality requirments

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform! The CMS is easy to use and the tech team are quick, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Full marks from me and I look forward to continuing to use their service.

There is not much that I don't like about Muvi - so far it has been really easy to use and the team have been great!

Muvi has enabled us to build an App for parents and get important knowledge to those who need it most!
