What do you like best about the product?
Helps me find stuff internally and segments it into source types. Easy to use, implement, integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it includes slack conversations I'm not a part of as some of the search results. Feels invasive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find help articles internally, especially older ones.
