What do you like best about the product?
easly comunicate with satff memebrs without much hastle or wait
What do you dislike about the product?
constant dinging when left unread. also dislike some bugs within the app. texts would come late or random times. we curently have an issue with a smart phone receving messages that is so posed to be going to another user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
comunication, i am able to send messages to multiple people and have group colaberation. also pictures within the app alows to have visual data to the team

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to type messages to providers. Everyone has access very easy to use.
Having TigerConnect has helped me communicate with my manager much quicker and easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The Platform allows me to contact my manager, no matter where she is located in the building. This also allows me to get answers quickly. I also like that I can have the program on my work computer and mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems or dislikes yet.

TigerConnect allows me to communicate with my manager on a timely basis.
Easy to use, effective platform
What do you like best about the product?
TigerConnect is easy to use and easy to toggle between my separate accounts for the 2 hospital systems I work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By assigning roles to providers, it makes it easy to contact the correct person on call when you need them.
Teams is quick, efficient, secure and super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Since working from home after covid, Teams has allowed me to stay in touch, quickly reach out to ANY team member and get a quick response, making my work more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmmm...can't think of one thing to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FINDING STAFF IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS QUICKLY AND SECURELY THAT I WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE TO MAKE A TON OF CALLS TO FIND.
Streamlined Communication and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to bring the team together in one place which would reduce errors by everyone being on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really had any one tell me nor have i experienced any down sides to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that it has helped us to be able to communicate directly to a team of caregivers all at once rather than having to do it individually. Which is a great time saver.

viewable from home, from the phone, nice to track changes

hard to add new providers (locums or call-in) when they can't use their personal email to register since they rarely use the local work email.

patient care messaging instead of paging or using non-secure text mesaging
TigerText facilitates my sensitive communications.
What do you like best about the product?
As a double-encrypted text messaging platform, TigerText greatly facilitates my sensitive communications. Many patients are able to access the system without difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though some patients initially wonder about requirements for access, most who enter into the process connect without difficulty. Texting interfaces with most systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform is continuously gaining fluency with a wide variety of systems. My productivity is significantly enhanced as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability to create roles and users can swipe in and out of those roles, so that gives other users the ability to send a text to that role

There is nothing that i really dislike about the platform

Is gives the nursed better communication tools to communicate with the physician without violating HIPPA
Great platform and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and is a perfect resource for working in a clinical setting. It's quick, compliant, and so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it takes a few moments to load new messages. Although this isn't much of a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a HIPAA complaint way to have quick easy communication without having to page a doctor through an answering service. Saves time and energy. And it is frustration-free!
