HighRadius as a application handles most business functionality in a user friendly way.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and grasp and work with. Multiple complex functionalities can be broken down to simple functions with ease to grasp and project. the ease of UI and its integration with other ERP/cloud services are effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other services including ERP, DB, and Services can be a bit more improved as we feel sometimes the data flows from HighRadius to other systems are complex and time-consuming with multiple investments/technologies involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of users scattered across multiple locations sharing a common functionlaity can be solved using HighRadius. Mapping them to certain classifications and using them to further classify and group functionalities dissects the complexity and presents in a easy to understand flow.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT!
What do you like best about the product?
The collections cloud is user-friendly. As long as you understand the features it is fairly easy to use. This product has made it a lot easier for us to maintain collection efforts with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few tweaks need to be made. Which are currently in the works with the HighFive team. Also, would like for support to be available PST time. The latest they are available is 7 AM which is a bit too early for us in California.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR has helped us with our collections efforts. Easy to send reminders, set P2P's, send and receive correspondences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn the software. I more you know and understand, the easier it is to use.

It makes work easier, it makes processes faster and is helpful to smoothen the processes
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not a lot that is not helpful. It is needed to use IT tools for efficient processes. And in that Highradius is really helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes posting of bank accounts a lot easier. Automation rate is up to 80-90 % which saves a lot of time and money

Using High Radius has been a game changer for apply cash.
What do you like best about the product?
High Radius is user friendly, and the speed that the program calculates information is great. We currently use Cash Appliation and POD/Claim Managemnet and Deductions Maintenace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The High 5 portal for opening tickets concerning issues with High Radius is cumbersome to deal with. You go to the High Five portal and create a ticket and then when a response is sent via email, you must go back and open High Five and find the original ticket to respond. You cannot reply to the email. This is is time consuming and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By bringing in our bank payments allowing us to perform exception handling and them send them to our company software to post it has allowed one person to do it 4 hours what it was taking two people 8 hours a piece to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The High Radius team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The more information that you provide to them the more they will be able to assist you. They think outside of the box and help you to do the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage of the EIPP platform and quick processing of payments are extremely useful from an end customer standpoint and is much appreciated by crucial Business Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time taken to resolve critical issues can be expedited while we acknowledge the complexity of the High Radius processing systems. Not exactly a dislike but scope for improvement, maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Radius provisions a great user friendly UI for end customers to make view Invoices and make payments on time, enabling solid Business continuity immensely provisioning benefits.
Cash Application Cloud Webinar
What do you like best about the product?
EIPP cloud webinar conducted fine and easy-to-understand process. The product looks good. I'm not sure about the tools which need to use this software. I'm not aware of its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on the webinar, thinking that the product will be helpful for customers who need this. Looks like it will be a good product and not sure for now to make improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers are using High Radius for Payment processing and depositing the customer checks. Based on my experience, it will. Yes, Performance gets increased by using these processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly interface (GUI).
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering (no dropdown from the list)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating automation of the cash application. Minimizing the amount of manual work required by the business to manage this function.

Automates the collection process by sending notices.

Not very customizable. Not able to attach documents for executive notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius is speeding up the collection process and allowing me to work more accounts effectively.
High radius has been a game changer ,and the amount of support we have received is out of this world

I like that there is so much support from the team! No matter what issue you think cant be solved it can.
What do you dislike about the product?
An issue I had In the beginning was not understanding the abbreviations for the exceptions. That turned around due to support providing info for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're figuring out what customers we have to work with to get them to send in remit the correct way. With this giving us which customers are not relaying remit, thats our benefit because we know who we need to get on track.

Be patient,and know that with time you will be successful with moving through HR.

there was nothing i disliked about the presentation- would appriciate if you can have another one with different senario of cash applicaton.

I do cash applications with all the exceptons. It saves lots of time in processing a payment.
