The system is helpful we do not have access to all the tabs and functionality that was demonstrated.

The notices will be systematically emailed

Too many tabs...very cumbersome, needs to be simpler.

Good information from a knowledgeable organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tools that are offered to assist in being proficient and organized. They definitely help in getting tasks done quicker!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything that I dislike about this product

I like the ability to be able to address those smaller tiered accounts all at the same time

Learning new options and streamlining my tasks and being more efficientat my job.

At this point I do not have any negative feedback as it is betting software than what we previously used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to notate multiple invoices at once. Quick P2P notes nad disputes.
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The web based interface makes it extremely easy and user friendly to navigate the site. All information is easily accessed and presented in a manner that is easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had a negative expierence with is sometimes through out the day I run into issues with the site loading. Normally after about 10 minutes everything is back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abilitiy to filter through thousands of accounts for particular information at the touch of a button. Also, having this data be in a web based platform rather than excel makes it user friendy for people who may not be well versed in excel.

The program times out too quickly. I am constantly signing into the account.

I am able to send the customer invoices and statements in one email. This reduces the amount of time it takes to respond to my customer.

I find the worklist the most helpful and the ways you can sort and view it.

Sometimes loads slowly, could be an issue with my internet or VPN.

The insight from High Radius users. Their willingness to share their experience. The many ways HR has helped AR teams move forward.

Some classes were too short. And the venue is fun but hard to get to all classes.
