Our account representatives have been very knowledgeable regarding product services. They have guided us through post implementation design adjustments as well as longer term strategy discussions

Implementation has been challenging. Representatives on our product team unexpectedly changed throughout the process. We experienced a lack of detail knowledge of product capabilities.

High radius allows us to track the open receivables more efficiently and collect on them in a timely manner

We are a unique business and the HRC team has had difficulties understanding why we do what we do as it doesn't fit their standard business model
