Interesting program, but not what we were looking for

The AML platform and its document authentication features

The fact that you could not use the AML without involving the clients that we were trying to screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud.net is trying to implement these features in upcoming versions of the software

Using fraud.net has helped tremendously with my business, to be able to catch and identify fraud to the next level.

there is nothing to dislike about fraud.net the service and platform they provide is amazing

Identifying fraud in many ways
Background verification has never been easier than with using Fraud.Net's quick service.
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation time was extremely fast and their customer service is very responsive. Fraud.Net allows our company to verify in real-time the background screening and conduct our due diligence on prospective suppliers. Our Compliance team is thrilled with this addition to our supplier onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for the Analytics tool or data to be extracted in different file layouts or raw flat files to allow exporting into other applications without an API integration. Especially, for smaller volumes that don't necessarily meet the API requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not previously have a background check on prospective suppliers that were as extensive into the criteria we built with Fraud.Net. This allows us to make informed decisions timely when considering onboarding a new supplier.
I found fraud net easy to use and mostly trusted

Their fraud checking service is quite good. And the application is easy to use to setting up the rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webhook callback url setting is complicated. And customer support is lengthy and slow.

For our business it is solving our fraud checking tasks.

Flexibility in rule definition, Machine Learning functionality, ongoing improvements and above all good support.

Dealing with multiple industries in one cockpit. Real-time rule effectiveness when creating new rules + email domain reputation score might be a nice addition.

Some rules are interwoven and can block individually, thereby making it difficult for the fraud-related transactions to scale through.

What do you like best about the product?
Fraud.net was the right solution for us because out of all the competitors; they were the only ones to offer us the complete solution we were looking for at the right time. Any obstacles that may have arisen were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

To conduct our business, we require transaction monitoring and fraud prevention, and we realized Fraud.net has the complete solution for us.
A wonderful tool to catch bad guys
What do you like best about the product?
Fraud.net is very easy to use. It has a sleek interface and is very personable. By creating new rules that adapt to our business type, we become more precise, ultimately saving the company a fair amount of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Fraud.net could link to multiple other tools that we use daily to make it even more efficient. If we could connect to external articles thanks to keywords, our work could be made more accessible. But overall, it is a great tool, and our company can survive thanks to it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do transaction monitoring through Fraud.net. Daily, we use it to review purchases made by clients to make sure they follow their usual pattern and detect fraud early. We also create rules that adapt to current fraud trends to "catch the bad guys" while their pattern is consistent.
Very good for transactional fraud review.

Ability to customize rules around velocity and volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow for easily combining personal info of cardholder with spend behaviour in creating rules. Kibana interface could be friendlier.

Trabsactional fraud. Easy to filter different parameters to see general spend behavior across customer base.
