What do you dislike about the product?
As with any cloud-based service, security is a paramount concern, though jumpcloud has robust measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud ULM solves an major solution to what our organization has been having a challenge with with growth.

Wonderful, Very Useful IT tool for cloud management of User access and authentications for clients.
What do you like best about the product?
seemless implemation, customer support for solving client password issues , ease of intergration of password rotation, and ease of use for transfering one client to jumpcloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no current Downsides about Jumpcloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a managment issue and security issues that we could have had with other service's. It gives us a ease of managment of MDM's and strong seemless workflow for employees to aide clients and manage there accounts.
One of the best tools out there

I like the way its build...its eays for me to use, its easy to understand and has all we need daily

Probably pricing model can be changed, or adapted also to small companies

We use it daily, problems we solve depens on the tickets we get...but mostly user and device management, remote support etc

What do you like best about the product?
Easy management for access control to create authentication right for user, terminate application session remotely and to create access policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex to learn and train all the various acess option in one day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO login option integration with several IT stack. Protect system from unidentified identities tried to acess the system from authenticated identity key.

Sometimes the JumpCloud agent the device get corrupted and we cannot manage the device.

Number of different features that an Admin can use while using this tool is amazing. You have different tools in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we are having some minor issues withsoftware management and remote lock of the devices. Support isvery friendly but not having these two features when needed its a minus.

Day to day bussines tasks...from user management to device management, nicely integrated with different softwares....

Jumpcloud is a very good Cloud directory platform but will need some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud simplify my resources and devices management through cloud directory. Compared to using my AD previously, Jumpcloud make the user onboarding, management, devices management and policy management easier.
A user-based password management also is a useful page to help our team to reduce workload in managing user's authentication, where rather than the IT support ding the changes, user can help themself to change their own password.
Customer support also plays a good role and support me very well during our implementation stage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting part. Every implementation need a good reporting especially when it involved presenting the current status of my Jumpcloud deployment to my stakeholders (e.g. my bosses. directors, auditors).
While Jumpcloud have a good improvement in term of user onboarding report and devices, Jumpcloud might need more to focus on improving the reporting for policy management, such as a specific dashboard to shows the policy implementation analytics. (e.g. how many policy got implemented vs how many fail, reason of failing, percentage of success policy in policy group/device group, an info button when policy fails, showing what is failing, suggesstion on how to solve the issue). This will be useful when my boss ask me "what the success percentage of our current deployment? whats the top most fail policy we encountered?"
Another page that might be useful is a tree page to show a connection between device group, policy group, and user group. This will help my new team member how just join the team to understand and analyse our company Jumpcloud structure for ongoing support.

Mass coverage of users management when they want to onboard and offboard from the company. Our previous practice put a lot of man power and effort in order to onboard and offboard a user while in Jumpcloud, we just need to disable the user to cut all his/her access.
