What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to host on AWS and we can select the subscription per hour. It is easy to publish the website content using the admin panel. We can edit the url and add tags, categories in wordpress so that the website is SEO friendly.Using Symetricore platform has helped our team to increase the web traffic. The pre-configured templates for e-commerce has shortened the delivery timeline.

What do you dislike about the product?

While it's easy to get wordpress developer in India, it is slightly difficult to find the resource pool who are familiar with Symetricore. Having Amazon EC2 and AWS knowldge with Wordpress is slightly rare. Due to this reason it becomes challenging to scale up the project. when the website traffic goes up, the team has to do additional configuration on EC2. It should be automatic pay as you go billing like AWS Lambda.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps as CMS (Content Management Platform) for the e-commerce platform of our client. While the product details like SKU id, Product description and Pricing comes from the ERP system, the actual product description on the website and promotion details comes from Symetricore. The ERP system is integrated with the Wordpress platform. Symetricore has inbuilt payment methods with the common service providers like Paypal.
