What do you like best about the product?
the dashboard app is very easy ti use, I can get an overall view of my pending tasks and upcoming holidays or events.

there is nothing that dislike of this product

How simple it is and easy to use. i HAVE EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE

I have to make repetitive tasks such as fullfill everyday the hours there is not a choice if i always arrive at the same time

The reports. They´re not very good, and not so easy to create customized ones.

The personnel management, the offering of an up to date organigram, shows hierarchy employee

La aplicación funciona correctamente. La funcionalidad de las nóminas es práctica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Política engañosa: nos han convencido a suscribinos asegurando (por escrito) de que ya se había quitado la cuota mínima de suscripción, y ahora que ha pasado un tiempo nos vuelven a escribir que ya no es así y que nuestra cuota mensual pasará de 13 euros a más de 100.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a great tool for HR areas and people in general. I would like it yo be more flexible in some aspects but they are always working on it!

Lack of flexibility in some processes, some times some tools don´t work correctly.

Documents to employees, onboarding, payroll.. a lot actualy! Expenses... though is not working excellent
Great platform and excellent service from the team

The platform interface is smooth and flows well. The onboarding from the team and the continued team support has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has the odd couple of things that don't work so well, but Factorial are continually improving and take our feedback and actually do something with it or help us find a way to resolve it speedily so any issues are quickly resolved.

A one stop HR platform which has made transparency incredibly easier within the business internally.

Really do use the onboarding sessions they offer it has been invaluable.

a plataforma, asi como los intuitiva que es de cara al trabajador y de cara a los managers, con Factorial henos logrado digitalizar al 100% todo el departamento de recursos humanos

Resuelve lo mas cotidianos, el dia a dia y lo que mas quita tiempo, como lo es la gestion de vacaciones, ausencias, control horarios y sobre todo lo mas importante que es el permitir la centralizacion de toda la documentacion del trabajador en una unica plataforma

Nothing. There are no downsides to use Factorial.

No more papers, I find everything I need on the app.
Automate processes e commerciale generate evaluations in a few clicks
What do you like best about the product?
I like using factorial beacause i can easily check current & upcoming time off and holiday approvals, all in one interface. Moreover, it's very intuitive too.

Nothing, I dislike. I think it's good!!
