Nice people and time management software

What do you like best about the product?
Ideal for managing allowances, holidays and timesheets for small and medium-sized teams. Is easy to use and flexible, covering the main needs for any startups in terms of leave requests management and calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not flexible enough, such as the possibility to indicate the WFH is not a holiday when calculating the timesheets, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leave requests approval process and management, and timesheet reports (according to the new law).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it for a few weeks and you will quickly see if it adapts to your company needs in terms of leave and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy way for knowing who is on holidays and out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
They seemed to be free but this year they have changed their policy of prices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is an application where I can get all the data of the employees of the company, it saves me a lot of time and more when I need to know what employees are in their working hours, and who is on vacation or who has them available, through factorial there are many possibilities to know that the employee is inactive, I love its interface is very simple to customize because factorial helps me to make decisions based on data that I did not have access to before, the best of all is that it allows me to do my homework automated way to track payroll and the benefits that the company provides to employees with factorial everything is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really with factorial I have saved a lot of time and I have had all my tasks under control. I could not say that it is a bad software or that it has something that upsets me as such, on the contrary it is quite complete software and that it collaborates a lot with the resources team humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When entering the human resources department it is a lot of responsibility and factorial it has been a support tool, since it is a department that needs dedication and a lot of time and factorial has helped me save it, it has helped me not to invest extra hours since the automated system makes my tasks fulfilled at all costs, allowing me to track employees where I can observe in detail their salary, benefits granted by the company, and their vacation times.

Very good software quite complete and is very collaborative, it will diminish all those tasks that seem complex, with its new system to automate them, so do not hesitate to join.

What do you like best about the product?
Factorial lets us have an easy HR solution. Factorial gives us statistics about our company with the data we enter ourselves, they also give us time off management features that our staff absolutely love!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of custom field options and internalization for US companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have our employees information in one place for easy access by us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
USE IT! It has all the features from clocking in, personal info and time off management all in one place. Bright side is that is is all FREE!

Great and Free HR Software!

What do you like best about the product?
Factorial has great features such as document uploading for company wide information, employee specific documents (doctor notes, write ups, ids, etc.) while keeping our employees information privatized and secured. I especially love that factorial gives employees access to view their personal information with effortless name changes, address changes and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Factorial is not self-hostable. If that makes any sense. Factorial hosts all companies records on their end (their servers) which although I feel they are secure, it really makes them liable for any security breaches that may arise. I also dislike the company holiday readily-available dates. Our company is based in US and they only have ready dates for one country, not the US. Very little support for US-origin activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ease of HR organization. We are now able to have employees organized in a pool of profiles easily able to be searched, profile changes with a profile picture, contract edits if applicable, time off management and clock in management which was newly added to Factorial. What's the best part about it? It's completely free with an upgrade option for a low price but really not necessary. Nothing of necessity to have. We have definitely seen the benefits of it as its much easier for payroll generations, and documentation.

I would say use this software as it''s free to use and there is nothing to lose.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps to take a more thorough management of the company and total control of employees, their reports of who is operating in the company and who is in his vacation time is spectacular, because these reports have helped me to know who is about to return to their work and who is entitled to their vacation time, how to generate and assemble the payroll make payments are executed on time, another point that attracts me is as shown in the profile and all the information of my employees , describes all the information provided by themselves and it is just a matter of verifying it personally with each one of them, because it saves me a lot of time at the time of the interviews.

What do you like best about the product?
