Good visuals, helps me to keep track of KPI and additional metrics on my team. Easy to view and manipulate, good UI

What do you like best about the product?
All my data visualization needs are met by ThoughtSpot allowing me to easily create excellent dashboards and visual reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
No show stoppers here, it handles well whether I want reporting or data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot to make dashboards and visualizations that support the company's decision-making regading changing strategy in the event of sales or demand drops.

Natural language search bar, semantic layer, ease of dev.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customizability with legend values, colors, and ordering. Occasional bugginess. Inability to update int data type to varchar in TML. Needs a better integration with dbt and dbt semantic layer. Needs a better integration with github to version control dash tml

What do you like best about the product?
I used thoughtspot for querying the data and best part is write those query like "top 10", easy to sum, and some amazing functionality to querying the data

Thoughtspot is great product and I think more functionality should be added. Such as functionality like powerbi

We querying the data from the snowflake and prepared to show the relevant highlights of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
We connect ThoughtSpot to our community to track engagement. Without ThoughtSpot, we wouldn't have access to this level of analytics, as it isn't provided to us by our platform. I love the variety of ways there are to slice and dice the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not intuitive to use, and it isn't always easy to know exactly what you need to type in to get the results you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current platform does not give us a high enough level of analytics to track member engagement. ThoughtSpot gives us the tools to do this.
Pretty Good. Missing some niche features.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy for people who are non-technical to answer questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that are rough around the edges and features that are missing. For example, if you want to add a new column to a table, you have to completely edit the database connection, rather than editing just the table. This becomes a bigger issue if you don't have the right permissions. Also the whole concept of data table vs. worksheet is confusing and weird.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main BI tool. It allows us to serve our large organization with a relatively lean team. We were able to get out of the way of building reports and have been able to put that in the hands of users.
Great BI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use ThoughtSpot almost everyday and the real-time analytics have been super helpful in driving a deeper understanding of customer system usage and helping to uncover pains. Also it integrates with a pretty diverse set data sources to drive those analytics, which is super important for our company/industry. The visualization and reporting tools provide solid functionality for our basic needs, and the AI-driven insights have helped in uncovering patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a little steeper than expected, just a little less intuitive for users unfamiliar with business intelligence tools. However, once comfortable it is easy to naviagate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot is helping to solve our basic needs around understanding customer usages and entitlements which helps inform our team from sales to services to product around what customers are doing, where they are struggling and how we can best help them. This is giving me the ability to have more informed conversations with each customer and drive more value add conversations with those customers.
