organized and easy to maintain
What do you like best about the product?
Esper is well organized. i can see all of my divisions in 1 dashboard. their Push process of adding apps to the tablets are flawless and their documentation is spoton. easy to implement and push software do devices. the devices are used constantly at every division. customer support is spot on! this device works well in our manufacturing enviorments.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have not found anything that is a dislike !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing technicians to trouble shoot devices with accuracy and speed. this reduces downtime.

Sometimes everything isnt in numerical order.

Easier to change alias names and move to correct groups.
Esper MDM is a solid, reliable, end-to-end solution for global tablet management
What do you like best about the product?
SDK and CLI allow for solid, simple, integration of all the processes presented in the Esper Dashboard implemented in own own apps and daily processes. Customer support is responsive and often provides timely and meaningful answers to technical inquiries. Downtime has been very minimal and resolution times are short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional issues around throttling of large batch commands without any warning and which required calls to support before the throttling was lifted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper allows us to monitor software versions, online/offline devices and locations across our fleet.
The system is easy to implement and even easier to us.
What do you like best about the product?
I can track my equipment quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found any issues at this point where I would say I have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track a device, know who's using it and get it back in service if necesary. I also need to update them on an occasional basis with my software and it is extremely quick and easy

its has work in dekstop mode not supporting mobile device

we adding deive and maintaing hhd in sigle and multiple groups and its has reduced more time and tracking the device .

i like the way which is give new feature like remote blueprint service and remote installation wiping etc

it has only one poing its not supporting mobile template view
