What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and has streamlined our device management processes. Even when issues have arisen, the Esper team has been incredibly responsive, resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.

Occasional Bugs: Like any platform, occasional minor glitches or updates may temporarily disrupt functionality, but the team is quick to address these

Esper provides a unified platform to manage all our devices remotely, streamlining operations and saving time. The ability to deploy, update, and manage applications seamlessly across devices eliminates manual intervention and reduces downtime. Even when issues arise, the Esper team’s quick and efficient response minimizes disruptions to our operations

What do you like best about the product?
1) Easy to configure blueprints
2) Easy to Deploy
3) Professional Onboarding
4) Pricing is very competative
5) Excellent configuration options - Covers pretty much everything
What do you dislike about the product?
1) A few bugs in the portal. IE. Main map doesn't show all devices and their locations correctly
2) Support and account manager can be slow to respond
3) Better reporting
4) No extra MS Licenses and No Google Workspace Licenses Required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping employees on task with company phones and devices. Location of lost devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy provisioning with QR codes. Great software managementbility with remote screen viewing. Easy to deploy to multiple devices at once. We use it daily to monitor and troubleshoot our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app for management use would be handy to check in on devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to a android tablet based timeclock solution and needed a way to lockdown the tablets to only run the timeclock app while also giving us the ability to remotely troubleshoot and update the devices. Esper has been instrumental in our ability to deploy the tablets quickly in a repeatable manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Esper handled our business tablet lockouts to make them unusable for anything but our app. This was seamless and we saw a significant reduction in broken/missing tablets after inplementing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the setup was a one time thing I haven't had any issues working with esper. They handled the task we needed and we haven't needed anything further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device management in the form of control locks and permissions.

Platform ease of use and onboarding devicees.

Hidden fees and not transparent pricing.

Being able to monitor our digital signage devices and address any issues that arise. We had our own MDM solution but Esper's more robust features gives us more peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been great using the platform to manage over 700 devices. It has been a game changer in our operations monitoring device use in some of the most remote areas in Nepal and Uganda. It is very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is a disconnect between the application usage information and the core system. it would be great to have a unified platform where you can access the device info and the data platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to make sure we know that devices are online and community has access to them. Seeing how often the devices are online aids us in designing our program implementation better and tailor our offering for the community

Esper delivers a great experience

What do you like best about the product?
We were evaluating several device management systems for growing business need. Among the final candidates, Esper beat all others in every single aspect in which we evaluated and were interested in. Apart from that, the platform is able to deliver the functionality providing a smooth and straightforward experience.

The setup process was reliably easy and migrating from the trial to the full product was very smooth.

There are two aspects that I'd like to highlight of the product's UX:

The Esper console is very intuitive and straight-forward. This is much appreciated and something we don't take for granted, as many of the alternatives that we tried were seriously playing on another level in this regard.

The Esper provisioning process is as stream-lined as it can be. This is critical, especially for large fleets of devices. Operative costs are greatly optimized when having as little set-up and maintenance as possible as Esper is able to deliver.

I'd strongly recommend Esper for use cases where you want to maintain a fleet of devices, either for internal or external use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Esper provides a SDK API, which is interesting and appreciated. I'd welcome some of this functionality to be developed into the standard, SDK-less functionality that is able to be delivered with just configuration in the Esper console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our fleet of loaner phones using Esper. It resolves the management and tech administrative aspects of this feel of phones, while letting us concentrate on delivering a solution for our customers
