What do you dislike about the product?
- Being able to leave feedback in-app, edit reasons and customize results is a little rigid. This is an area that needs improvement

Eliminates hassle of manually going through customers feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily understand the common reasons or issues users are facing. Helps a lot in taking product decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been super helpful until now. Nothing to dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need not go and check what users are asking our support teams. We can have a glance at the Enterpret dashboard and get an understanding.

Enterpret helps paint a vivid picture of customer feedback from various sources, allowing us to see the relevant trends in one place easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret assists us in understanding the problems faced by customers in a streamlined manner, enabling us to resolve them.
Terrific tool for getting insights from qualitative feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The UI approach, philosophically, is similar to quantitative metrics tools, which is great bc PMs are used to this and comfortable with it, and it brings additional rigor to the analysis of qualitative feedback (as oppose to very high level summaries and pie charts that do not provide actionable insights)
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can really highlight at the moment. Of course it's always possible to improve the usability of any software product, and Enterpret is evolving. Accuracy of the AI is also always being improved (and is already great)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have qualitative feedback at scale, whether unsolicited in social media, or solicited through 'feedback forms', it can be difficult to create the org and processes that turn these into actionable insights. Enterpret makes that possible
Enterpret finds the insights that slip through the cracks.
What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret is a great tool for finding additional insights that are missed. Our internal teams are expected to surface feature requests, and as a result, there may be requests that are not submitted due to the time required to write up a requst. With Enterpret, it complements our process so we can sift through voice calls and other feedback sources to identify other customer's with the same request which allows us to better understand the need and quantify the impact. Furthermore, it can be used across a variety of teams like product marketing, customer success, and product.
Additional features include being able to do trend analysis, natural language search, and integrations (Gong).
My favorite thing about Enterpret is their team. They are extremely responsive, go out of their way to help so we can find value, and they develop quality products rapidly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Enterpret is still early on in their journey. There isn't anything I dislike, but I do look forward to seeing their product grow and develop over time. Areas of improvement include building more integrations and blending their machine learning models with internal customer naming/taxonomy. In some cases, their AI builds a taxonomy that doesn't align with our internal structure which can increase the "noise to signal" ratio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret is helping us identify a couple of things. In customer success specifically, it allows us to understand what are the most commonly requested features, understand the impact of feature requests that are not heavily reported through our internal process, and visualize feature request trends over a given time interval.

What do you like best about the product?
Enterpret is easy to use regardless of experience-level analyzing data. What I like best is how it does the work for you in identifying trends among specific language your customers leave. It surfaces things that might be easy to miss across other data-driven analyses.

Being able to customize things yourself would be great!

Great team, the product is very modern and smart. Easy to get set up with existing integrations.

It's a young company so not all integrations are available, however a csv upload is an option which helps a lot

Understanding themes in our users' feedback from varying sources so that we can compare holistically

Enterpret makes it easy to connect all your customer feedback sources into a one-stop shop that's easy for anyone in your organization to contribute and consume customer insights. Enterpret allows us to have a deeper, shared understanding of what our customers need as we experience rapid growth and diversity in our employees and customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enterpret's machine learning taxonomy becomes more valuable as you feed more data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterpret helps us deliver the right customer insights to the right people at the right time so that we can continue building products customers love. We've been able to build unique products by genuinely listening and understanding our users, but as we continue to grow, we need a platform to aggregate and organize our feedback.
Analyse Customer Feedback at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
When we are growing very fast we started receiving customer feedback across multiple channels. This led to two problems. First, it's very difficult for any PM to collate all the feedback across channels. Second, as the feedback is unstructured, grouping the issues into buckets has become inconsistent when done by different stakeholders.
Enterpret beautifully solves both the problems. This can be so powerful tool to get all the Customer Feedback in one place and Categorizes all the feedback automatically. The best of them is they deliver things very fast.

We want more use cases to be solved. Hope they will be part of the future roadmap of Enterpret.

Should allow more customisation. Currently the themes under taxonomy cannot be adjusted a lot from the default
